Whenever you hear or see the term "nightmare," what exactly comes to your mind? We all know that falling, getting shot in your dreams, dying, drowning, or any other bad dream that we usually dream while sleeping that causes us to wake up can be called a nightmare, but is it really the worst nightmare that we can ever experience?
A dream is one of the most intricate occurrences we can encounter while asleep. Dreams can be blissful and enjoyable, but they can also be frightful or threatening. Every dream, according to the elders, has a deeper meaning and may portend either good or terrible fortune.
As time went on, the word nightmare took on a different meaning for me. When I was younger, I used to fear having nightmares about monsters, death, drowning and falling, but that fear seems to have disappeared. Suddenly, my perspective on the word nightmare changed and it became even deeper.
I sometimes think that I am just in a deep sleep, having long dreams about the course of my life. I wish it was all a dream, but it wasn't. I really experience suffering, grief, and loneliness. The anxiety and depression I experience are not just a dream but are all reality and have caused my life to be in a bad state, which is the worst and biggest nightmare for me.
Yes! If I were to ask what's my biggest nightmare, I would say that it's my existence and life. I can state that the world is quite different today and, thus, it is not unlikely that one's life would be called a nightmare today. This generation has a greater prevalence of distortion as well as an increase in issues that youngsters and the majority face.
I am aware that I am not the only person who has thought of such things. This way of thinking is common among those who are 14 years old and above or even younger. Knowing that you are alive but don't know what life really means is the most difficult thing to figure out because you focus too much on things that are full of negativity and think they're making your lives worse. And that is how we consider our life to be the biggest nightmare.
If you're feeling down and thinking that your life is nothing but the worst and biggest nightmare, just think of a star that shines brightest when the night is darkest. This means that no matter how dark or painful your life experience may be, there's a light that will provide us with hope to stand and fight again. There is a window that will open for us if the door closes.
