Hello it's me @chileng17 your introvert buddy who's obsession is to doodle anything. At first I am having second thoughts if I will join the first HivePh art challenge because I'm doing inktober at the moment and me procrastinating is getting severe.. but my hand is unconsciously extends on my art materials so I decided to why not give it a try and see what happens.

At first; I take a peek on what the prompt for first week will be..the 8 prompts are villain, anime character, bird, fish, landscape, portrait, telephone and sailor..I can't pick one so why not combined them all in one picture but my main medium will be villain so I started sketching using my mechanical pencil and kneaded eraser.. I love using these two because I don't need a sharpener anymore and there is no dirt crumbs all over the place plus I can play with the kneaded eraser as I am playing with clay when I want something to squish and bend.
Then the God of procrastination hit me and laziness begun to possess me so I got worried that I might mess my drawing process but my hand is like having it's own mind and just ink it with ballpen and colored using color pencil so I just let my hand draw and colour like a toddler..lol. But this is not my final art... I just granted what my hand wanted even I am feeling lazy..
I will call these the doodle of the procrastinator Lol.
Then I import the pencil sketch in IbisPaint X.. You can download this application in Google Play Store..I just trace my pencil sketch to have a line art using felt tip pen (hard) brush.
Then on another layer I started putting basic colors using pen (fade) brush I carefully pick what is satisfying to the eye atleast for me.. It is still look flat but we're gonna shade them later.
I tend to minimize the layers because I don't want my phone to hang when I am in the middle of doing something in IbisPaint X.. but to have more details in the shades, sometimes you need more layers..so when I'm doing more layers in multiply I just merge all the multiply to lessened the layers. So don't be fooled if you are just seeing 5 layers because there are tons of layers before.I used multiply for the darker shades and screen for the lights then add some details here and there.
And now you can see the final result.
Watching tons of anime really inspired me to draw tons of doodles. From Astro Boy; my first ever anime.(the black and white era)lol..and now, a lot of different genre and art style is popping up like pimples.
I drew Wazukyan, one of the villain of the anime Made In Abyss.. But in my opinion; he is not a bad villain who causes pain and discomfort for others to entertain himself.. He became a villain because there is no other way and his decision is so heavy and the only solution just for him and others to survive (I will not elaborate cause I don't want to give spoilers for others that didn't read the manga and watch the anime yet.) In a way we can relate it with real life.. A person will make the ultimate decision even if it will cause pain to someone. Our decisions might hurt others even we think for us that these is the right thing to do.
How about you?,Do you think that what Wazukyan did (for those who already read the manga and completed watching Made In Abyss anime) is morally and ethically ok?
I just want to draw a little calmer Made In Abyss where Wazukyan is enjoying the deep ocean while desperately looking for signal cause he can't upload his selfies in social media..Lol.But I can't seperate darkness from Made in Abyss, I can only "Un-dark" it a little.. Because It isn't Made In Abyss without the darkness.
Thank you for reading..
