Hello everyone!! How are you today? Introducing myself again, I'm @dark.rose and welcome to my new blog. This blog will be a sequel from my latest published blog about my application to CNU.

Way back to that day when we received the application slip, we were scheduled to take the entrance exam by January 25, 2024. It was two months after we applied. The details are written on the application slip, along with the time of 1:00 PM and the venue of our entrance exam.
We planned before that we would gather ourselves the same way as we did when applying to CNU. We start to gather by 10 in the morning, and so by 11 we will proceed to the transportation of the e-bus.
We arrived at South Bus Terminal nearly to 12 noon, so we decided to take our lunch. There was new opened mall near the terminal so we proceed there and noticed that it was a mix of fast food chains. There was Jollibee, Greenwich, Chowking and etc.
As usual, we ordered Jollibee's food. After our food arrives, we take our time to eat and relax a bit. By 12:30, we take our leave and walk towards the CNU's gate. It was quite a long walk.
We arrived at CNU, and it was crowded with people waiting for the time of the examination. At exactly 1:00, the security guard announced that we would be forming a line at the front of the venue.
The line was long, and later there was an instructor who went out of the venue and called attention to groups of the courses, and then she called them one by one, alphabetically. I waited for my name to be called; it took rather awhile since my surname starts with the letter R, so it took a while.
Entering the venue sent chills down my spine. My seat was close to the air conditioning. Luckily, @patrixx21 was wearing a jacket and let me borrow it.
When we were complete, the instructor discussed a few instructions and also said that they would confiscate our cellphones in front and also place our bags in front. Snacks and water are only allowed that we may bring to our chair. And so that's why I couldn't take any pictures during the exam.
During the exam, the first subject required answering 80 questions in 60 minutes. For the remaining four subjects, each subject had 50 questions to be answered in 30 minutes. After the exam, I felt exhaustedsa and stiffened my neck, but it was fine; the exam's finished after all. The instructor announced to us that the result would be in June or July at most. She also let us go outside as we were finished answering the exam.
When going out, I walked towards my boyfriend, who had been waiting for us to finish the exam. I was shocked to see that he was feeling nauseous. He said that he doesn't like the smell outside, and all he was doing to stop his nauseousness was to smell the handkerchief I left inside my bag. He said that it was the only smell he liked to sniff at that moment.

We were called by our friends to take a group picture since we were done with our entrance exam and to post it online as our achievements, though we still need to wait for the result.
After taking the picture, we decided to go to Basilica of Sto. Niño. It was afternoon, and it was not so hot that day. We just walked from CNU to Sto. Niño.

Seeing the front view of Magellan's Cross, we stopped a bit. Then, we proceed to the entrance of Sto. Niño.
Upon entering the basilica, visitors may make a right turn to the area where candles are lit. Lighting a candle is a common practice in Catholic tradition and is often done as a form of prayer or wishing something to happen.
After lighting candles and offering prayers or wishes, we walked around and one notable sight that captures the attention of many is the photo of the Sto. Niño that can be seen from below.
When we get into the sacred Basilica, we are welcomed by incense that smells warm and prayers with soft sounds inviting us to belong silently to something much larger than ourselves.\nThis is where we close our eyes praying for our own good health even as all other people near and dear to us are also considered.
As we leave the Basilica, our hearts are filled with a feeling of peace and revival. Wishing all of us good health is not only an act of kindness, but also a way of reminding ourselves how we are all connected as human beings.
After all that happened, we decided to go home, and we then went back again to South Bus Terminal to buy tickets and ride the bus. The bus was empty when we rode it, so it was quiet and relaxing
We fell asleep while on a bus ride. Very often people fall asleep their way through the bus, especially after a series of events or if they are tired. It is one of the best ways to rest peacefully and recharge while traveling. The gentle vehicle movement and the song of the engine can easily make passengers relax and doze off.
That's all for today everyone. Thank you for reading my blog. I hope you enjoyed it. Keep active, and look forward to my new blogs!!
