In this blog, I will dive you on my journey of exploring peace and calm .
Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you felt stressed, exhausted and about to give up? Well, today Im dealing with this challenging situation .
Yesterday, our class is halfday it was very exhausted day because we are bombarded of school projects, reporting and other activities. As I arrived home I've decided to find place for me to relax because I am really tired that day. I need place to relax and I want peace of mind.Despite the hectic schedules , I've realize that what if I will find peace and calm, I will take short breaks in the midst of bombarded activities.
Peace
It was sunny afternoon when I decided to went in Camella Spine Road the place is located somewhere in Carcar City.This place is what I call the calm peace everytime I felt life is throwing me some negative energy I just went to this place to recharge and unwind.It was 3:00 pm the afternoon when I arrived there.The place is quite and sorrounded by so many trees.
The moment I arrived to the place ,I felt a sense of calm .The air is very fresh ,filled with scent of many trees with the sounds of birds . This spot is very comfortable to rest and to unwind.The place had a sense of tranquility and peace.
Sometimes we need to take time to cultivate a sense of inner peace ,to navigate our challenges in life. Taking time to relax ourselves will bring impact to our mental health it's helps to reduce out stress ,and anxiety and it will definitely change our mood into feeling calm.
As I saw the view I found a sense of calm and sense of inner stillness. Even though I caught up in the hustle and bustle of life but here I am finding way to relax and fix myself so that I am able to face again the what we so called life.Life is not easy let's just do one step at a time.Despite to my busy schedules in school I learn how to manage it and give some time to myself.
Foodie
When I felt hungry ,I saw a street foods beside the road .I directly go there and bought some Quick-quick, tempura , kikiam,and tufo .I also bought 1 softdrinks and water .They also offer free cumcumber and sea moss.It was very delicious and my tummy that time is very happy as well as my soul. Even though street is just a local food but eating street foods is tantalizing my taste buds, and leaving me wanting more .
Serenity and street food is perfect combination. Well, the whole street eating experience yesterday is unforgettable. I'm experiencing the full cultural and culinary legacy of the dish when I consume street food, not just tasting the individual elements. I'm tasting the love, the history, and the tradition that have gone into making this specific blend of flavors.
Serenity
At exactly 5:00 pm the sky change into orange color it is very nice to see and it really change my mood.My eyes is twinkling as I saw it. Indeed,at this moment I am living the moment that brings me happiness and serenity .
The color of the sky during this time was so intense it looks so real. As I stood there,I couldn't help but I felt so happy and amaze because I really appreciate the vibrant of the sky.The color was ablazed with a vibrant ,orange glow.It really look like a masterpiece it was very beautiful and I am really melting that time I found peace and calmness.
As I stared the sky I came to a realization that sometimes we forget, so lost in our mind, the beauty we carry, so hard to find. For sometimes it takes another’s view, to remind us how special, how bright, how true and how bless we are . Just like the sky we can be beautiful to in our own way and our uniqueness it's ok to get tired ,feel exhausted but I learn that the world is so beautiful I must keep moving forward because I do believe there's more in life.Just like the sky it's color changes just like us we will not remain stagnant on what we are living today someday we will living beautiful life that we crave for.

Consider achieving achievement, finding serenity, and recovering from the difficult times. Put your attention on being happy and strengthening your heart and mind. You deserve to feel good and be hopeful, so make it a practice to bring positive energy into your day.
