My husband worked as a sales assistant and sometime he do electrical wiring as
a extra income,My son is now in his 3rd grade, now I have now my own house and a family
that accept me for who I am .

Years back, I found myself struggling to be myself because I kept on focusing on the
things I didn’t have and the people I would never look like. I thought other people's opinions
of me mattered. I focus too much on being accepted and making other people happy when
the only person who wasn’t happy was me.

Being young and feeling down about how my
life was, I wanted things to be better and only time could tell when that was going to be. The
reality was that I wasn’t going to be happy until I loved myself. Your true self comes out
once you start to love yourself. Much happier to this day, I have learned that you only have
one body, one mind, and one chance to live your life exactly as you want to.
My treasure
My life story begins like all of us at my birth. Being born in a small barangay in
Bacolod where my parent lived and their life was everyday a struggled ,when my mother
give birth on me I was diagnosed with pleural effusion which means that I have fluids in my
lungs, I stayed for almost six months in the hospital which give my parent a hard time
especially they are financially uncapable to paid the hospital bill even the medical needs
that needed just to saved me

until my father seek helped to her cousin and until one day my
aunt decided to paid all the hospital bill but in one condition which is they will going to adopt
me since they wanted a daughter ,my parents got no choice but to give me maybe but I
know my parent was a victim of circumtances that they had no choice but to agree just to
saved me

and after a few weeks me and my adopted parent flew to Manila and from that
day I wasn’t able to meet my biological parent but I already knew that I was adopted and my
parent was in Bacolod , some people might think that my life was like a drama series.
And years goes by, my adopted parents give me all the things that make me
comfortable until I got 12 or 13 my card turned into a disaster where my adopted mother
died of Colon cancer and my adopted father work abroad and left me with my 2 brother but
the other one is gay.

My story suddenly turn into cinderella story,I wake up 3 in the morning
to do all the house chores, cook food for my brothers then I will go school around 6 in the
morning I don't have allowance or any penny to take a tricycle I just walked the school
everyday but I do have snack and lunch with me and After school I have to go home exactly
5 in the afternoon if I don't want to be punish,my adolescent year is nothing special.

Growing up, I always begging for attention and love with a family,I always make sure
to excel in everything that I do, to make them proud ,I was a consistent Top honor since
elementary till highschool saddest part is that their is no one to attach the medal nor stand
beside me in stage. My childhood days is like kaleidoscope of vibrant hues,

proud of me. Until I graduated in Highschool and proceed my college in Philippine Women's
University calamba which they let me take the course that I wanted which is BSHRM ,in- college I Iearn to escaped class just to be with my friends, I learn to socialize to other
people.

He thought me how beautiful the outside of the four corner of my so called home. In
our 2 years being in relationship,

my family does not have any idea that I have a boyfriend
that time until I got pregnant with my first baby but sadly my angel does'nt give a chance to
meet the world because I been severe beaten by my brothers and humiliated because of
what the life they give me,that they are the reason why I have clothes,shelter and
everything that I have ,even the chance to live,I know that they are the reason why I am
here today breathing ,The instrument of god,I know I don't have the right to complain but I
think god make a way to get me out of that miserable pit.

dark pit of my life and build a family of our owned that I will treasured and loved that I don't
even experienced in my entire half of my life ,But still I been thankful for my adopted parents
who raised me ,give me shelter,clothes to wear and family even they don't treat me fair just
like their other kids but still they loved me somehow and I will always be grateful for
them,Now I'm sure that I don't regret everything that I have done in the past because now I
have son that genuinely love me and Daughter that will always wanted my presence but I
always thankful because they give me chance to lived .

I was still insecure when I saw family being get together just like last year I been part
of awardee in school Although I was happy because Finally there's someone that will
going to attached the medal and stand beside me but still I get insecure because my
classmate get the chance to walk beside their parent and when my teacher announce to
stand up and give a hug to their parent my tearsdrop,I was daydreaming that time hoping
for my paents to be their and maybe its more happier if they will witness my small
achievements.

those insidious whispers of inadequacy, have often crept into my mind,
questioning my worth and undermining my confidence. They have made me hesitant to step
into the spotlight, fearing judgment and ridicule. They have stifled my voice in moment
Which give me the biggest impact of my personality today.

I been a softhearted when I seen people begging for penny even I don't have enough I will
make way to help them,That's what lesson give me of my struggles If I can give help
emotionally,financially as long that I can I will do.I always make my surroundings happy
because half of my childhood fill of jelousy and insecurities about things that I'm begging
for.

Now l pursue my studies for my family and give them the comfortable,happy life,and
make them proud just like what I always do but now I know that in every small wins I have
people that will celebrate with me and someday I will march in black toga and marching with
someone beside me.In my roller coaster story,I have a positive view of life.

emotions, though unpleasant, have provided me with valuable lessons. They have revealed
the vulnerabilities that lie beneath the surface, prompting me to confront my fears and
insecurities. They have highlighted the need for self-acceptance and the importance of
embracing my individuality.The journey towards self-acceptance has been challenging, but
it has also been liberating.

I've learned to recognize that my insecurities are not a reflection
of my worth but rather a manifestation of my own self-doubt. I've discovered that jealousy is
a destructive force that erodes my self-esteem and hinders my ability to celebrate the
successes of others. As I embrace self-acceptance and celebrate my individuality, I find
myself surrounded by a loving and supportive family.

for my family, the anchor that keeps me grounded, the compass that guides me, and the
guiding light that illuminates my path. With their love and support, I am confident that I can
achieve anything I set my mind to.
I believe in being your true self. Among the billions of living, breathing humans, you
are just one of them. The idea of falsely presenting yourself is a waste, whether its to
impress or to hide your insecurity. I realize that self-fulfillment revolves around being true to
self, you will see pieces of this confused puzzle of life come together. Figuring yourself out
isn’t as easy for some people as it is for others.You must add pieces together. Seek the
unknown. Dig deep into every corner of your mind and soul. Think of all your interests, and
combine them all together. Interests can come naturally, but also need to be searched for.
Think of your flaws enough to realize they probably aren’t flaws, just small details that make
you different than everyone else.And again this is Lyn your future educator.
