ABOUT ME
Greetings folks! I’m Henry Apas, turning 23 years old next month and third among siblings. I grew up in the province of Zamboanga Del Sur. I came from a broken family, when I was still in my mom’s tummy, my parents separated because my father looked for a new family. I grew up without having a father in my side only my mother stood as a mother at the same time a father in my current age. Even though that we are in a broken family, my mother is a very strong woman that she will do everything for us in times of needs.
I was born in Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur and I’ve been living there since I was 3 years old. After that my mom found a man and there start dating until they decided to moved in the man’s place in Sicpao, Mahayag, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Despite the difficulties, hardships, and trials I faced as a youngster, I was inspired and driven by my mother's acts and efforts. Through my accomplishments, I swear to myself that I will make my mother proud. I'm proud to have graduated as valedictorian from elementary school. After a while, I still one of the top students in my high school year.
In my high school year, I had challenged myself to engage lot of activities both academic and extra - curricular activities. So many good memories happened, a lot of achievements accomplished. I could still remember when I was grade 7 in that time, I considered it one of the unforgettable moments also considered an embarrassment for me because you know why that was the first time I’m asking a girl to be my girlfriend lol, the funny part is, it was happened at the back of the classroom, full of banana plant and also the flower I give was called Santan.
In addition, I was elected as SSG President when I was in grade 10, at first, I’m not dealing it seriously but I’ve realized that being a role model for student is a big responsibility and duty. Furthermore, enjoying your life is the most significance of all.
Afterwards, I took college with the course of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology at Labuyo, Tangub City, Misamis Occidental, and graduated last year. I’m so proud of myself because I was the only one that graduated among my siblings, and I promise to myself to never stop learning, never stop exploring, and never stop conquering any challenges in my life.

MY HOBBIES AND INTEREST IN LIFE
My hobbies are dancing, mobile gaming, adventure, streaming, and basketball. But mostly dancing is my passion hobby. I’ve joined many dance competitions in Mindanao and I traveled in Manila three times for competitions. Dancing is very important to me, it cause big impact for expressing thoughts, emotions, and communications through not only I met many talented people in the dance industry most of them became part of my life even though we’re not blood related.
In the other hand, through dancing many achievements has been reached. Besides in competing by group I trained myself also to be a hiphop freestyler, and I've been doing freestyle 5 years now since 2019. My hiphop freestyle is not easy because I need to reset my body conditioning the way I trained with my group. A lot of achievement I have meet in my freestyle journey, I won many 1v1 battle competition and met new faces and became my homies.

WHY I WANT TO JOIN IN HIVE
The reason why I want to join in the Hive because I want to meet new people in another social media platform. Based on what @vinziel1 said, that there are many things to explore inside in the Hive where you have a freedom to express yourself at the same time engaging new people and new interesting outcome. I really like sharing my updates in life in the Hive in order to inspire, and motivate people to enjoy life and live life to the fullest.
HOW I GOT TO KNOW HIVE
I’ve currently working in a company but unexpectedly, there is a new hire for the position of IT Programmer to be with us. After couple of days, I noticed that every vacant he was busy in posting Hive and I ask many questions about it that’s why I got interest on the Hive. Through @vinzie1 I got myself here in Hive platform and hoping to meet new people here and @wittyzell for helping me to be part on this platform in order to explore new world for me.
