A rundown of some announcements you might have missed:
- No more Leo tokens
- Kicking out inactive members.

We are no longer giving out Leo tokens for delegators above 100 hp to the @hivephilippines account. It has been this way since the start of January.
Part of the delegation rewards collected from the @hivephilippines account goes back to the community fund which are used for community events, incentivizing staff/member activity and general Hive initiatives.
We recently gave 100 HBD to Earthquake in Turkey Relief Post taken out from the community fund. The monthly reports we published are for transparency that what you put into the community gets put into good use. All delegators indirectly contributed to that amount.
We clean up the server by removing inactive users. There's no specific criteria but one way to get closer to getting kicked out is an inactivity for more than 3 months and even less if there isn't any remarkable contribution during your stay on the server.
Some would expect that by joining the server you'd get access to the perks of the community, one of those is the #voteme channel where people can get free votes daily from the @hivephilippines account, the minimum requirement is becoming a hayahay/member in the community and this requires being peer reviewed by other members if they want to accept you. The short version to getting membership is making friends with existing members.
If you're new to the community or plan to be part of it, making friends with the people and culture is a prerequisite. In a server where there are around 400+ members at the time of this writing, only less than 50 actually make it move and the rest just exist in the background. There's no loss removing inactive users and people can still enter the server again when they're actually ready to be part of the community.
If you want to support our community and its other initiatives, please consider delegating to @hivephilippines, the community takes around 10% cut in delegator rewards and the funds go to the community fund. The top 3 areas where those funds are used are community growth, staff/member incentives, and charity drives.
Inviting you to join us on February 14, 2023 MNL time zone to celebrate "Strong Independence Day". The event will span for an entire 24 hours. There's no organized event here, just show up and chat.

Prioritize your growth, learn, live, and love when you're ready to be with that person you want to be with para complete package kana pagnameet ka niya at kawalan nila pag di nila na appreciate who you are and what you can still accomplish when you're with them. Luh.
