Hello my dear hivers!
This time I will be sharing with you what we saw on the ground floor of the campus.
Right after our makeup class on Friday, our class was on the second floor. So, basically, when we went out of the door, we immediately noticed the tables with beautiful designs, and we were curious about what was happening.
So, we went to the ground floor and stopped by. There was a circle of students with their instructor, evaluating the tables, plates, spoons, forks, and many other things on the tables. Turns out, their course is Hospitality Management.
I didn’t realize at first that we were actually stopping by to take a look; I thought we were just casually glancing at it.
I was surprised when some of my classmates came closer as well. So, we ended up gathering there, and luckily, there were some Hospitality Management students sitting at another table. We then asked why there were so many plates, spoons, and other items on the tables. They mentioned that the plates were for salad, the main fish, and other courses.
One of my classmates then mentioned, "Oh, I remember! Is there also have cutting boards and knives for different types of food? Like for fish, pork, and even herbs?" The Hospitality Management students then nodded.
Honestly, we were really amazed by how they decorated the tables and even folded napkins in a way that looked like origami. Yes, yes, we had no idea about this because we’re psychology students, and out of curiosity, we decided to ask.
Even their plating was impressive. What really caught my attention was the design in the middle part of the table. There were seashells, and they even had sand. Some of the shells were painted blue, and they had little decorations matching the color of the shells.
They even placed sand around the candles, which was very aesthetic.
There were also tropical vibes mixed in. Their flowers were beautiful, even though they were artificial, they still looked great.
So, here we were, my friend and I, enjoying the moment as we sat down to really take it all in.
While sitting and chatting, one of our friends, Angelie, said, “Oh my, what’s that on Johan’s uniform?” As we looked at Johan’s uniform, we saw that there were so many ants on it because he had leaned against a wall, so he just laughed it off and we all had a good laugh.
A few minutes later, we headed home.
