Hello, my dear Hivers!
Today, I’m going to share with you our little outing with my friends. We didn’t have any afternoon classes that day, so we had the chance to hang out and go on a short trip.
After lunch, we were all confused about whose house we should go to, and we eventually decided to just go to Angelie’s place since it was close and only a one, ride trip.
But before heading there, Lesly had to stop by Novo, so we just waited for her outside.
When Lesly finally came out, we started planning what snacks to buy for our little get together at Angelie’s house.
We agreed on buying sliced bread and cooking pancit bihon. We didn’t want to buy any rice since we already had lunch. By the time we had already discussed what we were eating later, we were going to talk about how much money each would contribute for buying the snacks.
Of course, that is where it started getting complicated, one of my friend said he forgot where his money is and so we took a bit of time to arrive at our final agreement. But it was okay because after a bit, everything was fine and everyone was able to pitch in.
We gave the money to Lesly since we would be the ones buying the ingredients and the pancit bihon from the market. We bought them near Gaisano, and our budget turned out just right, there was even some extra money. Lavester used that to buy the sliced bread, and I suggested we get Maiquis bread since their bread is really delicious.
A few minutes later, we had already picked out the ingredients, and Keziah bought taho since there was a vendor nearby.
Later on, we headed to the tricycle stop where Angelie usually rides to get home. When we arrived, there was already a tricycle waiting, so we left right away.
After a few minutes, we arrived at Angelie’s place and the weather was perfect! My friend even took a picture of me. The one I’m holding in my right hand is what we bought from Carbon Market.
Here’s the view in front of Angelie’s house. Isn’t it beautiful? Especially with all the trees surrounding the area.
I was the first one to go inside and I sat on the sofa. Then Keziah called me and said there was a baby kittens. I then rushed outside, and when I saw them , they were so cute! I honestly felt like I wanted to have a cat as a pet.
After taking a few photos, Lavester started cooking the pancit bihon and slicing the ingredients. He also took out the things we bought.
Here’s the sliced bread they bought.
A few minutes later, he started cooking the pancit bihon. While waiting for it to boil, we did karaoke to pass the time.
Once the water started boiling, he added the pancit and Lavester seasoned it.
Keziah had even sliced some calamansi ahead of time for the pancit bihon.
And that’s where I’ll end my blog for today. Thank you so much for reading, my dear Hivers!
