Hi everyone! As the new school year starts, let's make sure our school is clean and tidy. This way, we can all have a great learning experience. To contribute to this effort, I joined a back-to-school clean-up drive with my fellow Technological Tribune members. Annyeonghaseyo, my beloved hivers. I'm back again with another blog about our "Back-to-School Clean-Up Drive." Say hi to @jenajean.
Our campus director at our school sent a memorandum in our GC, and it was stated there that we should be there at school at exactly 9:00 a.m. but we went there around 10 a.m. (typical Filipino time!). When Joan and I got there, I already saw our friends; they are also a part of the tech tribune. It is an organization of journalists. They are already cleaning, sweeping the floors, and arranging the chairs.
They're cleaning diligently.
Joan and I looked for a broom but couldn't find one. We're on the second floor. We went to the library, hoping to find one there, but it was empty. The library is quite small, but it's still important for students to have access to books for their studies.

Even though the space is not quite big, it has a calm and nice ambiance.
Since we couldn't find a broom in the library, we went to the room before it. We only found one broom there. When we returned to our co-members, one of them told us to clean the next room, which was the one where we found the broom. So we followed their instructions to avoid any complaints.
The second floor has three rooms. Wherein the first room is where they are cleaning. The second room is what we both Joan need to clean, and the third is the library. Gets?
Joan and I went to the second room, the one we were assigned to clean. We began our cleaning tasks. I was responsible for sweeping the floor, while Joan arranged the chairs. As I was sweeping the floor, there was a lot of dust, and then we continued. We worked efficiently and finished our task in approximately 20 minutes, I guess. We're tired, even though it's just a small task.
We both wore our Technological Tribune t-shirts.
After that, when they're done with the first room, they go to us. Sarah was helping us; she's cleaning the window. And since there's still a trashcan that has a lot of garbage inside, they threw it.
@swtzyserrah and @tellsbymoren were wearing their Technogical Tribune t-shirts too.
When we're done cleaning, we decide to go home to our boarding house. They said that there's an attendance; however, we don't know who's handling the attendance, so we just went home without having an attendance. The four of them went to the supermarket, and the two of us, Joan and I, went straight to our boarding house.
I know it's bad to go home, even though there's a time that has been set for us. However, we also felt hungry at that time, and we never came back in the afternoon. I know we're bad, but yeah, we're bad, but at least we're done cleaning the two rooms. There's a lot of organizations that are still cleaning. We're many, so I guess we just deserve to go home after cleaning.
