It is a happy talent to know how to play
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
Clothes clip used for clipping laundry to clothesline serves as a clip for opened powdered packs or is used to clamp two things. However, it's my son's toy before he gets to school. Who would have thought it can be a plaything?
It is natural for us to clip our laundry, especially those undergarments. I only have a few of them. As soon as the clothes dried, my son wanted to get those clips. So I just let him have it. He found some things in his toys that can be used to make something. And here it is, a corrugated drain pipe, and a colored toy egg.
I was shocked and happy when I first saw it since I am not used to seeing him doing this. So, I asked him if he wanted to buy many clips. As soon as he heard me, he was so delighted to have some clips. Although I bought him toys like dinosaurs and animals, he never did like other kids do, like two animals fighting or talking. He'll play it like naming all of them and keeping them near when he sleeps, and in the morning he always looks for it if it's not on his side.
As promised, I bought him many clips so he can make what he likes. To my surprise, he made all these. The first one seems like a tree to me however he said, it's a flower🤔. The other one was like an animal but I can't identify what kind of animal is this, he said it was a dinosaur. Hmm, okay😁.
Every day he always play with his clips and made many shapes. Various shapes that I can't identify but then again he always showed them to me and say "picture mama" (take a photo mama). I never thought that I made a compilation of his creations. Every time he made one, he usually approach me and amazed me as well.
By looking at those compilations, I cannot say that he's doing the right thing or using the clips well because those are for clothes but one thing I concluded, he was inventing and experimenting with those clips. One day, I also make the one he made but I can't do the same as he has done.
Meanwhile, I am thinking that we have different intelligence and sure he belongs to one of those. May not be in academics but in skills, one can excel.
That's it Hivers! Thank you for reading. 'Till my next blog. See yah!
