Because HiveSQL is having troubles now, some actions in Kem Bot cannot be used.
Most of these actions are anti abuse actions.
Once HiveSQL is back up and running smoothly, Kem Bot will be able to run fine.
For now, let's just wait til the issue has been fixed.
