Good morning hive! It's me again your @langqt, another Normal Day with me. Today we don't have class for some reason. I woke up early because I will go with my nephew to check his weight. Every first week of the month, he gets his weight and height checked. And let's start this morning with a beautiful sunrise.
My sister told me they already have ripe bananas. I took a few because I'm still full and only gave the bananas to our crows.
I picked one and divided it into two. I gave them to the crows and I think they enjoyed eating it. Feeding them with fruit is very important.
And when they were all ready, I told them that we would start walking because it is far away. We started walking early because it would be too hot if we walked at 9:00 AM. Walking is better because it is also exercise and the heat of 7:00 AM is still like vitamin C.
Our house is on the other side of that mountain and it's too far away. My nephew walks that road every day.
We arrived at our destination at 7:50. We waited for the other Barangay Health Worker (BHW). I asked one of the barangay health workers when they started the weight and height check. She said the other barangay health worker would arrive later but they would start at exactly 8:00 AM.
We waited for a few minutes, and finally they started the weight and height checking. I directly approached our barangay health worker. It was very fast because they only checked the weight and height. We finished quickly because there were only a few children. After we finished, we walked back home.
We passed by my old school. My nephews are currently studying here. I will make another blog about my old school
We waited for my nephew in the waiting area. His teacher selected a few students to join a tree planting activity. He was chosen by his teacher because he is one of their officers in school. W
And we waited for my nephew for almost 30 minutes..
My four nephew
When he came back, I decided to take a photo on the bridge because why not? And we walked again.
We saw a big carabao. I think she is pregnant. and my nephew played with their poop HAHAHAA. He put some wood and they sang happy birthday😆.
We got tired from walking so we decided to take a rest for a few minutes. Since we were children, this place has been memorable to us because the owner of that place was very close to us and would give us any fruit we wanted. But sadly, they moved to another place for some reason. However, someone still lives in that house.
After a few minutes, we continued walking. When we were close to our home, Bornok and my nephew ran to me and were so happy because we were home.
When we got home, I saw my sister preparing our lunch. We ate and our ulam was otan bisaya, dried fish, and a few bananas.
Our little farm
In the afternoon, we visited our cute farm and looked for some papayas. We saw a lot of ripe papayas and unripe papayas. We got 6 pieces of ripe papaya. Since I was still full, they ate all of them.
I only got one papaya. I divided it into two and gave them to our crow. They always want to eat any fruits.
Bagongon and Anonogbo
Crabs
My tatay came back to Suba. They got some bagongon and Anonogbo. Anonogbo are small crabs but they taste the same. Usually bagongon and Anonogbo live in a muddy part of Suba. Soon I'll try to get some bagongon and Anonogbo.
My brother got two big crabs. Crabs are not easy to catch because they are too aggressive. He only caught the male crabs and put back the female crabs.
My nephew played with the Anonogbo and got bitten. I directly got the Anonogbo because he started crying AHAHHA.
At 3:00 PM, I took a bath in our well and grabbed some water. 3:00 PM is perfect to take a bath here because there are fewer people and the water is very cold. And what I said in my last blog was that the water here has no limit. The water is very clear, but you can't swim here.
When I am came back home, I saw a lot of kids playing in the field. They played habol habolan or something running.
I started this blog with a beautiful sunrise and I will end it with a beautiful sunset.
And always remember, life is simple, so just enjoy it all.
It's me again, your @langqt. Thank you and have a nice day. See you on my next blog!
