Hi everyone! I'm Riza Mae T. Manzo, an 18-year-old currently residing in Tambongon, San Remigio, Cebu. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Cebu Roosevelt Memorial Colleges.
My journey as a student:
Throughout my elementary and high school years, I actively participated in sports, Girl Scouts, and academic activities. I cherish these memories and am proud of my achievements. I'm also grateful to my parents for their unwavering support throughout my journey. I truly enjoyed my high school days, thanks to my supportive family. My academic achievements became significant milestones in my life. I gained confidence in speaking in front of teachers and classmates, and I loved going to school because of my genuine friends.
Life sometimes can be challenging, but I always pray to God for guidance in all circumstances. I'm grateful to my sister, Juna, for always believing in me and encouraging me to be successful. I'm truly blessed and thankful for my family's unwavering support. I'm especially grateful to my sister for inspiring me to pursue my dreams. I'm also proud to have grown up in the church and continue to attend as I've gotten older. I've made time for scripture study and ministering to others, helping them draw closer to Christ. I've also learned to balance school and my faith, making time to study and complete my homework.
I'm so grateful to God for always guiding me. Even when burdens weigh heavily on me, He's always there. I truly enjoy being a youth because I've learned so much about God's covenant and made new friends. One of my favorite verses as a student is "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13)
MY JOURNEY AS A YOUTH IN THE CHURCH:
My journey as a youth in the church has been truly inspiring. It has provided countless opportunities for spiritual and emotional growth. I enjoy participating in activities that strengthen my faith. These activities have taught me the importance of service and kindness. As a youth, I've learned to cherish the gospel and the teachings of Christ. I feel privileged to help others draw closer to Him. Sharing the light of the gospel brings me peace and joy. Sometimes life can be difficult, but He is always there to listen to our prayers and requests for help. Our faith in Him helps us stay strong and persevere. If we trust in His plan, we will find peace and comfort even in challenging times. Heavenly Father loves each of us deeply. He desires our success and happiness. Sometimes, His answers come in unexpected ways, but they are always for our good. As we trust in Him, we can feel His presence in our lives. He gives us strength when we are weak. No matter what happens, we can feel secure knowing He is with us. Trusting Him means we never have to walk alone. I know that if we rely on Him, we can overcome anything.
Sometimes school can be incredibly challenging, and we may feel overwhelmed with the workload. Life can also become burdensome at times. But even when things are tough, I know that trusting in our Heavenly Father makes all the difference. God understands us and knows what we're going through. He doesn't expect us to be perfect, just to try our best and trust in Him. When we pray and rely on Him, He gives us the strength to keep going. Even when it's difficult to study or focus, God can help us find peace and feel His presence.

Someone introduced me to Hive. She's quite talkative and her name is @iamlovelykate. She told me that the only thing I should do is write about my daily life. Since one of my ways of expressing myself is through writing, I asked her how to start.
She added me to a group chat and told me to wait for the orientation to learn the dos and don'ts of Hive.
attended the orientation with Ms. @jeannmazing, who explained everything about Hive. I learned a lot from her as she inspired us to truly understand the importance of Hive. She encouraged us to be friendly and respectful to others to build strong relationships. I'm so thankful and grateful for this opportunity to join Hive and for Ms. @jeannmazing's time and effort in teaching us and helping us better understand Hive. I believe that my writing skills can help me grow and inspire others.
