Hello, holla, bonjour my lovely readers and hiver's!How are you guys? how's life?I hope everyone is doing fine.Well... you are much very welcome to my blog dear and have a good time reading.Today I am going to share my experience as we gave sospas in our community.
Saturday is our immersion where we have our juty in our Barangay for pur NSTP(National Service Training Program) and in our NSTP we need to do an activities as part of our immersion and one of it is the Feeding program.
Before the day went, everyone is planning in our NSTP group chat that include the place for our feeding program, the people and the food. Everyone argued in which place we are going to perform pur activity and either we are just going to cook soap or an sospas with chicken.
Everyone comes to the decision that we are going to make a sospas for the feeding program and we are just going to put up a money to buy the ingredients for the sospas and each of us bring a half kilo of rice.
We gathered in our leader's place, some of the members are preparing the ingredients while we are preparing the rice for the sospas. The boys are the one who was assigned to find a wood and to lit the fire.
For the rice we washed the rice using the water and after it we put a water to it while for the ingredients the girls are the one who sliced it.
While waiting to the rice to be cook,we are just catching up and having a time together.Without further a do,the other pot of sospas was cooked, and their are already kids lining up for the sospas so we distributed it immediately.
Unfortunately the sospas are not enough for the kids so they waited for the other sospas to be cooked. It challenges us to cooked the sospas since it consist of many rice and we are having a hard time cooking it since some of the rice are not yet limp.
We stirred it,not minding the smoke coming from the fire.We are exchanging in stirring the sospas because we cant stay that long stirring the sospas due to the fire and smoke.
After a couple of minutes,we decided to get the sospas out of the fire so that we can already distribute it to the kids. When everyone already have their sospas we headed to another place where we could give the sospas.
Using the car of my co-member we are able to give the sospas to the people that we will pass on the road until our sospas runs out
While some of them are giving the sospas we decided to take a glimpse to the place where most of the locals are having their jogging and walking. It was a straight street where it was sorrounded by the green grass and tall mountains.Although it was really hot when we are there since it is afternoon but Im sure it is nice to have a jog and walk there during morning or even during the sunset.
After distributing the sospas we ate the sospas that was left.
It feels great to be able to give, the smiles of the kids is heartwarming to watch as they eat the sospas we make.Although it is not that delicious but it is enough for them to be fulled.Their thank you's and smiles complete our day.
That’s it for today’s blog guys.See you on my next blog🖐️. Don't forget to spread love💗peace ✌️kindness 🥰and joy!
