This was taken a year ago where I was still an employee of a well known BPO company here in Bacolod City, Philippines. This was one of the random things I do when I get to have a Volunteered Time Out moments. Techincally I will get to go home since I had no work after they plotted me the VTO but it was already late like it was twelve pass midnight already. Lot's of people still roams around the New Government Center which was literally intended for a lot of activities during night time but when clock's strikes ten most of the vendors hurries to wrap up the night and gone home. But some vendors who sells streetfoods tends to stays for their beloved Call Center Agent customers that love to buy their food.
It was an interesting night it was raining people running to find shelter while kids play in the middle of the street while soaking wet because of the rain and I enjoyed watching them while also seeking shelter from a local store near the building I was working. Since I could not get home because it was late I stayed and waited for my partner till she clocks out on the other building and yes we are actually have the same job before but different in accounts.

I was bored and I will have to wait another 5 to 6 hours for daylight and head home. I manage to roam around after I waited for the weather to calm down and then I saw this two huge red white tents not far from the place I worked you just gotta stroll or had an adventure into the Megaworlds road path. I was wondering were these used for shelter or something else. I was a little bit scared since I was alone in the area and it was already like 1:30 in the morning. I head back craving for something that would help me battle the cold weather. I looked around and see nothing to eat or drink I only sighted few bars still open for customers who love drinking till they get drunk. So I go back to the first place and I remembered there was a small coffee shop around the corner.
After a long walk I got to the said place and sat down taking a deep breath for a good rest. It was not a bad idea to have a cup of hot coffee early in the morning well it was cold and I am freezing up. I ordered my usual coffee at the counter and waited for the Barista to call my name. While I was waiting the rain was pouring out again luckily I got there in time. I enjoyed my time waiting watching some reels and clip on Facebook. The time had come when the Barista called for my name and handed me a cup of hot brewed coffee.
I wanna give thanks to the sweet Barista's for giving a good customer service. I salute those people who tends to work late or graveyard shifts just to survive life and provide for their love ones. I offer you this cup of coffee and pray that we will all be blessed big someday!
