This is an important event happening on May 12, 2025 where as millions of Filipinos will try to vote for their candidates to be the leaders that will help serve and protect this country. As the people awaits the results the government or Commission on Elections (COMELEC) will secure and protect the privacy of the individuals votes to avoid discrepancy and dishonesty.
Moving along to my story this will be my third time voting as a Filipino citizen. I wasn't so sure about who to vote at first but after days of calculating and researching the facts I have secure and collected the names of candidates I wanna preserve for this day. So you see not just me but all of the people who are participating must be sure who to vote. For me whoever I think that can lead the country to it's greatness again will be my candidate. In my opinion I just want that person to be honest and creative on how he manage his governance. Skills and talent is a plus but mostly we needed the person with full pledge of experiences when it comes to leading a country. We Filipinos can sometimes agree that we need leader than can lead not a boss that will lead.
Early in the morning me, mom, dad, and my sister begun to prepare for the Elections since we have a 15 minute drive to the said place in where we will conduct the voting. We still have a lot moments to take our time preparing to travel. So me and my sister started to look for pens and other needs because by the time we get there the place will be full by loads of different people trying to vote.

It was a very long line we got there by 8 am and finished voting till 12 noon. This was held in a local elementary school which somehow kind of small since there is a lot of areas within the Barangay so each room accommodates hundreds of people. It was hot despite on a hard and tiring sequence spending time in a line my sister manage to sneak in a very cute cone of ice cream that I even took in one bite it was delicious and refreshing.
Moments later a strange coincidence happened we heard voices screaming, children crying, and people panicking when a beehive was suddenly disturb by a gushing wind and birds.
This massive beehive was the cause of a chaotic situation between the people around since it was disturb many people got bit by those angry bees and begun running from the area a few meters of our whereabouts inside the waiting area we then closed all windows and doors to prevent bees to come but people were very hilarious and scared.
Well it happens but we must press on to finish the day, as the more people starting to pile up things where getting to intense because after the bee incident people begone to be impatient. I was just chillin' then suddenly my girlfriend send me a picture that reminds me to drink lots of water and so I did I bought one letting my sister watched over my line.
We must stay hydrated all the time, "Thanks my love for reminding me."
As the hours goes we stayed calm and become more patient waiting for our turn to vote, btw mother finished voting as soon as she arrive because she belong to the PWD section which is a priority.
After a long day it was our turn finally the voting session only took 10 minutes to comply versus the 4 hours line wars and I think I find it funny. Anyways we where greeted by this two cute fellows local tabby cats that are not shy to people so we pet them and gone home.
Important lesson for this day was too "Vote wisely!" Well I hope those names I mentioned and choosed will be successful. May our country become great again! Have a nice day everyone little giant out!!!😄😄
