A Shmoogle

I've had art and drawing on my mind quite a bit recently, one of the things that was deterring my from doing anything was not really being acquainted with the art program I have.

So what better way to learn a program that to just jump in and draw.. something.

So I opted to draw a portrait of my little online persona Shmoogle. The fluffy little dragon thing you see on my livestreams.

I was largely messing around with different brushes and playing around with the symmetry option.

Seeing as it's been 20 years since I've last drawn anything I'd say it came out pretty well.

Not sure what I was trying to do with the shading.. it's sorta like he's standing in front of a light source in a way.

If I end up drawing more often I'll hopefully develop some method to the madness and not end up redoing bits over and over.
Basically become more efficient and develop a style of sorts.
