Saludos querida comunidad de full deportes, en este nuevo dÃa quiero compartir un excelente cardio estilo tabata muy dinámico para acondicionar el cuerpo, quemar grasa y tonificar los músculos; son movimientos fáciles de realizar desde la comunidad de su hogar, no requiere de peso cada ejercicio los realice en 30 segundos manteniendo un descanso activo de 10 segundos, iniciando con un breve calentamiento para evitar lesiones a momento de realizar la rutina, bueno querida comunidad los invito a ver mi rutina completa sin extenderme más acompañeme.

Calentamiento/Heating
Rotación de caderas.
Hip rotation.
Primer calentamiento lo comencé con rotación de caderas rotando hacia el lado izquierdo por 30 segundo en 2 series.
First warm-up I started with hip rotation rotating to the left side for 30 seconds in 2 sets.
Rotación de ambas piernas.
Rotation of both legs.
Segundo calentamiento, realice rotación de ambas piernas, manteniendo mi espalda derecha lo realice en 30 segundos en cada pierna.
Second warm up, perform rotation of both legs, keeping my back straight I performed it in 30 seconds on each leg.
Estocada en 2 tiempo.
Lunge in 2 time.
El tercer calentamiento termine realizando estocada en 2 tiempos, este movimiento lo realice flexionando la pierna haciendo un toque en el piso, luego subà hasta la mitad después subà completo, realice este movimiento en 30 segundos en cada pierna.
The third warm up I finished performing a lunge in 2 times, this movement was performed by bending the leg making a touch on the floor, then I went up to the middle and then I went up completely, I performed this movement in 30 seconds in each leg.

Elevación de rodilla. /Knee elevation.
Para comenzar este calentamiento empecé con un movimiento buenÃsimo para ayudar a movilizar las caderas se llama elevación de rodillas; este movimiento lo realice de manera dinámica ya que es un cardio donde eleve mi pierna dando un toque con mi mano, se realiza en 30 segundos en cada pierna, en 4 series.
To begin this warm-up I started with a great movement to help mobilize the hips called knee elevation; I performed this movement in a dynamic way since it is a cardio where I elevate my leg giving a touch with my hand, it is done in 30 seconds on each leg, in 4 series.

El segundo movimiento que realice fue desplazamiento lateral de forma de sentadilla en dos pasos con un breve toque en el pie, lo realice en 30 segundos en 4 series.

El tercer movimiento que realice fue un movimiento dinámico con un pequeño salto al mismo tiempo eleve mis piernas al nivel del pecho tocando la punta del pie con mis manos, realice este movimiento en 30 segundos en 4 series.

El cuarto movimiento que realice fue, medio burpess , este movimiento se realiza haciendo plancha alta luego flexione las 2 piernas hacia adelante y termine realizando salto de poder, lo realice en 30 segundos en 4 seies.
The fourth movement I performed was, half burpess, this movement is performed by doing high plank then bend the 2 legs forward and finish performing power jump, I performed it in 30 seconds in 4 seies.
