Hola comunidad de Hive les cuento que el dia de ayer realicé uno de los open oficiales que hacen cada año los Crossfit Games a nivel mundial. dias antes habia realizado el 24.1 y 24.2. Para resumirles un poco es la forma en la cual los atletas de crossfit a nivel mundial miden su nivel, y cada desafio es mas fuerte que el anterior, este constaba de:
5 rondas de
-10 THRUSTER
-10 de C2B o barra al pecho
descansas un minuto y luego vuelves a arrancar con
7 THRUSTER(subiendole peso)
Y 7 muscle up,en mi caso realice pull up(subir la barbilla por encima de la barra)
ya que por mi nivel lo realizo en una progresión.
Estuvo bastante rudo y no logré finalizarlo, pero aún asi me siento super orgulloso de haberlo realizado. les dejaré unas fotos de mi entrenamiento. que tengan feliz dia.
