Hola @Fulldeportes espero que estén muy bien, ya estamos en el fin de esta semana, lo que quiere decir que deberíamos estar descansando de nuestro entrenamiento rutinario. Aun así les quiero dejar por aquí una publicación que ya habia anticipado anteriormente, se trata de una rutina para bíceps que puedes realizar en un gimnasio, para que inicien la semana con la mejor actitud.
Hello @Fulldeportes I hope you are doing well, we are already at the end of this week, which means that we should be resting from our routine training. Even so, I want to leave you here a publication that I had previously anticipated, it is a routine for biceps that you can do in a gym, so that you start the week with the best attitude.
Como de costumbre, estaré indicando a detalle en cada uno de los ejercicios, la forma correcta de ejecutarlos, ya que reconozco que las fotos pueden no ser suficientes en algunas ocasiones. Esta rutina esta conformada por 6 ejercicios, los cuales explicare próximamente, y al finalizar describiré las repeticiones y series que conforman esta rutina.
En esta ocasión desconozco los nombres específicos de cada ejercicio (debo investigar luego jaja), pero los estaré enumerando para que sepan la secuencia.
As usual, I will be indicating in detail in each of the exercises, the correct way to execute them, since I recognize that the photos may not be enough on some occasions. This routine is made up of 6 exercises, which I will explain shortly, and at the end I will describe the repetitions and series that make up this routine.
This time I don't know the specific names of each exercise (I'll have to investigate later haha), but I'll be listing them so you know the sequence.
Ejercicio 1 / Exercise 1
Este primer ejercicio consiste en tomar 2 mancuerdas de un peso que nos permita realizar varias repeticiones, y flexionar nuestros codos para subir las mancuernas a la altura de nuestro pecho. Al llegar a ese punto, las giraremos para cambiar el agarre a prono y bajaremos de esa forma (esto ayudara a trabajar el antebrazo y nuestro agarre). Recuerda mantener el cuerpo firme y recto, y que el esfuerzo venga del movimiento de nuestro codo y no por impulso.
This first exercise consists of taking 2 dumbbells of a weight that allows us to perform several repetitions, and flexing our elbows to raise the dumbbells to the height of our chest. At that point, we will turn them to change the grip to prone and go down that way (this will help work the forearm and our grip). Remember to keep the body firm and straight, and that the effort comes from the movement of our elbow and not by impulse.
Ejercicio 2 / Exercise 2
En este segundo movimiento realizaremos la subida de las mancuerdas, pero una por una. Manteniendo la misma dinámica del ejercicio anterior, exceptuando la rotación de nuestras muñecas.
In this second movement we will raise the dumbbells, but one by one. Maintaining the same dynamics of the previous exercise, except for the rotation of our wrists.
Ejercicio 3 / Exercise 3
En este ejercicio tomaremos un mancuerna de mayor peso que las anteriores, ya que emplearemos ambas manos para su realización. Consiste en sostenerla por debajo de los discos con nuestras manos y subir flexionando los codos hasta tocar nuestro pecho con los discos de la mancuerna.
In this exercise we will take a dumbbell that is heavier than the previous ones, since we will use both hands to do it. It consists of holding it below the discs with our hands and going up by flexing the elbows until we touch our chest with the dumbbell discs.
Ejercicio 4 / Exercise 4
Para este ejercicio usaremos una barra mediana, sosteniéndola con un agarre supino. De esta manera también procedemos a flexionar nuestros codos subiendo la barra hasta nuestro pecho. Debemos tener cuidado de no inclinarnos hacia adelante o tomar impulso para subir. Puedes hacerlo en una pared para que no tener estos problemas.
For this exercise we will use a medium bar, holding it with a supine grip. In this way we also proceed to flex our elbows by raising the bar to our chest. We must be careful not to lean forward or gain momentum to go up. You can do it on a wall so you don't have these problems.
Ejercicio 5 / Exercise 5
Para realizar este ejercicio debemos tomar la barra con la cuerda de peso ajustable, y proceder a realizar el mismo movimiento anterior con la variable de la inestabilidad de la cuerda ayuda al ejercicio.
To perform this exercise we must take the bar with the adjustable weight rope, and proceed to perform the same previous movement with the variable of the instability of the rope that helps the exercise.
Ejercicio 6 / Exercise 6
En este ultimo ejercicio también usaremos las cuerdas o mecates de la maquina, trabajando los brazos uno por uno, aunque con la diferencia de que se realizara desde arriba y no desde abajo, cuidando de mantener el brazo estático, así solo flexionaremos el codo para ejecutar el movimiento.
In this last exercise we will also use the ropes or ropes of the machine, working the arms one by one, although with the difference that it will be done from above and not from below, taking care to keep the arm static, so we will only flex the elbow to execute the movement.
Con esto damos por terminados los ejercicios de bíceps de esta rutina, ahora procederemos a explicar de forma breve la forma en como esta compuesta en cuanto a repeticiones, series y descansos.
De cada ejercicio realizaremos 4 series, de 8 a 12 repeticiones con un descanso de 1 minuto entre cada serie. Esta rutina puede ser realizada por separado o tipo circuito, dependerá de tu disponibilidad de elementos y espacio. Ten en cuenta siempre que debes trabajar según tu nivel, pero sin olvidar que debes mantener tu enfoque en aumentar progresivamente.
With this we finish the biceps exercises of this routine, now we will proceed to briefly explain how it is composed in terms of repetitions, series and rests.
We will perform 4 series of each exercise, from 8 to 12 repetitions with a 1-minute rest between each series. This routine can be done separately or as a circuit, depending on your availability of elements and space. Always keep in mind that you must work according to your level, but without forgetting that you must keep your focus on increasing progressively.
