On the third day of this #HiveAroundTheWorld challenge creating content, following the themes established for the 7 days, for today we come with a Moment of my daily Life, something that I do and that I enjoy and that is part of my routine, I know that here I have the perfect excuse to talk about my daily routine.
I want to say that my daily life has a routine that can vary but only in small things, since I wake up coffee is something I do daily, so I wake up I comb my hair a little and go straight to the kitchen to make coffee, that in the morning very early, I like to share hot coffee with the other members of the house and of course have a cup of coffee for me, not always fasting but coffee is fixed in this home, for coffee I also have a book ready and in a while I already have a few pages read.
Another thing that never fails in my routine is to go out to the park to walk my puppies, for me it is very important to respect this time that I dedicate to them, because I know and understand how important it is for them to go for a walk, to play and socialize, this happens at least twice a day, the only exception is when it is raining, however, we do not stop going out even if it rains, there is always a little space to go out.
And the Monday through Friday routine, non-negotiable, is going to the gym, this is a stage in which I really enjoy exercising and I have already created a habit of attending, I know that this routine keeps me active, with a calm mind, calm and healthy, I could attend every day if I wanted but I also like to take two days off so that my muscles are prepared to continue training with strength and more desire.
These are the series of non-negotiable things that I do daily, and that I enjoy doing as part of my days, I am always grateful for the life I lead because I have the freedom to do the things that are good for me.

En el tercer dia de este reto #HiveAroundTheWorld creando contenido, siguiendo los temas establecidos para los 7 días, para hoy venimos con un Momento de mi Vida diaria, algo que yo haga y que disfrute y que sea parte de mi rutina, se que aquí tengo la excusa perfecta para hablar de mi rutina diaria.
En si, quiero decir que mi vida diaria tiene una rutina que puede variar pero solo en pequeñas cosas, desde que me levanto el café es algo que hago diariamente, así que me despierto me peino un poco y voy directo a la cocina a hacer el café, eso en la mañana muy tempranito, me gusta compartir café calientito con los demás miembros de la casa y por supuesto tomarme una taza de café para mi, no siempre en ayuna pero es fijo el café en este hogar, para el café tambien tengo un libro preparado y en un rato ya tengo algunas paginas leídas.
Otra cosa que no falla en mi rutina es salir al parque a pasear a mis cachorras, para mi es muy importante respetar este tiempo que les dedico a ellas, porque se y entiendo lo importante que es para ellas salir a pasear, a jugar y socializar, esto pasa al menos dos veces al dia, la única excepción es que este lloviendo, sin embargo, no dejamos de salir aunque llueva, siempre hay un espacito para salir.
Y la rutina de Lunes a Viernes, no negociable, es la ida al gym, esta es una etapa en la que me disfruto mucho el ejercicio y ya cree un habito asistiendo, se que esta rutina me mantiene activa, con la mente tranquila, en calma y sana, pudiera asistir todos los días si quisiera pero tambien me gusta tomarme dos días de descanso para que mis músculos estén preparados para seguir entrenando con fuerza y con mas ganas.
Estas son las series de cosas que no son negociables y que hago diariamente, y que disfruto hacer como parte de mis días, siempre agradezco la vida que llevo porque tengo la libertad de hacer las cosas que me hacen bien.
