Para los que nos gusta el Running y entrenamos con asiduidad, sabemos que los domingos son de fondos. Es decir, largas distancias y debo decir también, que en el ciclismo, pasa exactamente lo mismo. Por ende, con @zutodoterreno emprendimos el viaje para realizar el Fondo dominguero.

Llegar al Hogar Escuela fue lo más duro, ya que el clima estaba muy pesado. Pero una vez que llegamos al retome en el barrio Uno, y pudimos hidratarnos, todo fluyo de manera genial.

Para sorpresa nuestra, más de lo previsto marco la aplicación y eso nos dejó muy conforme. Cuando llegaba a casa y descansar un rato, tenía que hacer los burpees del día. Pero no quería enfriarme tanto, así que, ni bien llegue, me puse a hacerlo y por suerte pude terminarlo muy bien. Luego sí, un rico Fernet (no es consejo) y algo rico para comer y a darle a una rica siesta de domingo.

Disfrutar de lo que hacemos es un factor importante a tener en cuenta. Porque créanme, que si no lo disfruto, no lo haría. Es por eso, que primero debemos buscar una disciplina deportiva que nos guste y a darle por ahí. A todo el mundo no les gusta correr y eso está bien, pero no es excusa, para no ponernos en movimiento.
