Nunca he sido de celebrar mi cumpleaños, ni de poner en mis estados de redes sociales esta celebración en particular, por lo general prefiero pasar desapercibida y no ser el centro de atención, claro está agradezco mucho los que se acuerdan de mi cumpleaños de forma genuina y me felicitan, pero tampoco me siento mal porque la mayoría lo olvide. Me gusta celebrarlo en íntimo de manera casi meditativa y sin mucha bulla, pero en el gimnasio donde asisto necesitan cualquier motivo para armar la fiesta o bochinche, como decimos los venezolanos.
El mes de junio tuvo muchos cumpleañeros, dos mujeres y tres hombres y en fechas casi seguidos uno tras otro, para celebrarlo esperamos que cumpliera el último y nos pusimos de acuerdo en el color que usarían los cumpleañeros y los demás, a nosotros los que cumplimos nos tocó el azul rey o simplemente azul, pero yo no tengo ropa de ese color así que una amiga del gimnasio me prestó toda la ropa, usando un mono muy sexi para mí gustó 😁 y los demás fueron vestidos de su color de preferencia o rosado.

I've never been one to celebrate my birthday, nor to post about this particular celebration on social media. I generally prefer to go unnoticed and not be the centre of attention. Of course, I am very grateful to those who genuinely remember my birthday and congratulate me, but I don't feel bad if most people forget. I like to celebrate it in an intimate, almost meditative way, without much fuss, but at the gym I go to, they need any excuse to throw a party or bochinche, as we say in Venezuela.
There were many birthdays in June, two women and three men, almost one after the other, so to celebrate we waited for the last one and agreed on the colour that the birthday boys and girls and the rest of us would wear. Those of us who were celebrating had to wear royal blue or just blue, but I don't have any clothes in that colour, so a friend from the gym lent me all her clothes. I wore a very sexy jumpsuit, which I liked 😁, and the others wore dresses in their preferred colour or pink.
Entre los cumpleañeros estaba uno de los profesores de baile, apodado colágeno 😆, y un entrenador de la parte de las máquinas. Ese día bailamos hasta el cansancio y como siempre colocan la música de tambor originaria de las costas, este tipo de música es algo complicada bailarla y no todos saben hacerlo, si ven el video se darán cuenta de que varios hombres no tienen la cadencia de las caderas y piernas y yo tampoco 🤭, pero hago el intento, y es mejor intentarlo que no hacerlo.
El grupo completo se divirtió mucho, yo la pasé genial, y las fotos y videos quedaron hermosos. Celebrar la vida es un ritual que nos recuerda que estamos aquí para aprender, crecer y evolucionar. Esta experiencia fue enriquecedora para mí, hice un resumen de los cortos más importantes y quedarán en hive para mi memoria, deseo regresar unos cuantos años más y mirar este post y ver como me veía a mis 46 años, como la pasé y con quién compartí, espero te guste la fiesta, nos encontramos en los comentarios.

Among the birthday boys and girls was one of the dance teachers, nicknamed Collagen 😆, and a trainer from the machine section. That day we danced until we were exhausted, and as always, they played traditional drum music from the coast. This type of music is quite complicated to dance to, and not everyone knows how to do it. If you watch the video, you'll notice that several men don't have the right hip and leg movements, and neither do I 🤭, but I try, and it's better to try than not to.
The whole group had a great time, I had a great time, and the photos and videos turned out beautiful. Celebrating life is a ritual that reminds us that we are here to learn, grow and evolve. This experience was enriching for me. I made a summary of the most important moments, and they will remain in my memory. I hope to come back in a few years and look at this post to see how I looked at 46, how I spent my time, and who I shared it with. I hope you like the party. See you in the comments.
