Aquí les compartiré otros tipos de estiramientos que nos pueden seguir ayudando a mejorar la flexibilidad de nuestro cuerpo y aliviar todo tipo de dolores muchas veces relacionados con el estrés y malos movimientos, esta sesión ira dirigida especificamente a los glúteos y a las caderas
A mi particularmente me ayuda y más que el inicio de clases de mis pequeños han hecho que mis cargas sean un poco tensas pero gracias a estos estiramientos me he sentido más activa ya que me ayudan a descansar y prepararme también para mi próxima sesión de Hive Run el día sábado Dios mediante.
Sin más preámbulos estos son los estiramientos que voy a compartir con ustedes el día de hoy.

Here I will share with you other types of stretches that can continue to help us to improve the flexibility of our body and relieve all kinds of pain often related to stress and bad movements, this session will be directed specifically to the buttocks and hips.
It helps me particularly and more than the start of my little ones classes have made my loads a little tense but thanks to these stretches I have felt more active as they help me to rest and also prepare for my next session of Hive Run on Saturday God willing.
Without further ado, these are the stretches I'm going to share with you today.
El primer estiramiento lo hacemos tumbada boca arriba con los brazos separados lateralmente y las piernas dobladas y pegadas entre sí. Lleva las dos piernas a un lado manteniendo los brazos y hombros tocando el suelo, has presión y después de 10 segundos cambia de lado.
