Tengo rato sin poder saludar a esta grandiosa comunidad apasionada al deporte y como podrán ver a continuación les traigo un post donde realizo algunas actividades tanto deportivas con un partido de futbol amistoso en el Parque el ejercito Las Ballenas en conjunto de un poco de calistenia durante la espera de los partidos.
Greetings friends of #Fulldeportes. It's been a while since I've been able to greet this great community passionate about sports and as you can see below I bring you a post where I do some sporting activities both with a friendly football match in the Parque el ejercito Las Ballenas along with some calisthenics while waiting for the matches.

El día de hoy fue bastante grandioso, aunque tuve que retirarme temprano debido a la lluvia. No contaba con unos zapatos adecuados para jugar en tierra, lo que dificultaba mi rendimiento. Durante la espera, además de realizar algunos calentamientos, aproveché para practicar calistenia, incluyendo mi famosa parada de manos.
En el primer partido estuve cerca de marcar un gol—"supongo que fue un aviso"—lo que me ayudó a activarme y estar preparado para el siguiente encuentro contra el mismo equipo. Como eran cuatro equipos distintos, tenía la oportunidad de jugar al menos uno, ya fuera como extremo o volante derecho.
Durante una de las jugadas logré anotar un gran gol: esperé un pase por la derecha y, con precisión, coloqué el balón por la izquierda, dejando al portero totalmente confundido y poniendo el marcador 1-0 a nuestro favor.
Today was pretty great, although I had to retire early because of the rain. I didn't have the right shoes for playing on the ground, which hampered my performance. During the wait, as well as doing some warm-ups, I took the opportunity to practice calisthenics, including my famous handstand.
In the first game I came close to scoring a goal - ‘I guess it was a warning’ - which helped me to get active and ready for the next game against the same team. As there were four different teams, I had the opportunity to play at least one of them, either as a winger or right midfielder.
During one of the plays I managed to score a great goal: I waited for a pass on the right and accurately placed the ball on the left, leaving the goalkeeper totally confused and making the score 1-0 in our favour.
Hacía tiempo que no intentaba una caminata en handstand, así que decidí probar recorriendo de una línea a otra. Para ser sincero, no me fue nada mal. Hoy fue un día bastante activo y positivo, a pesar de haber estado un poco ausente tanto en la calistenia como en el fútbol.
It had been a while since I had tried handstand walking, so I decided to give it a go by walking from one line to the next. To be honest, it didn't go badly at all. Today was a pretty active and positive day, even though I was a bit absent from both calisthenics and football.
Hoy fue un día activo y lleno de buenas experiencias, entre fútbol y calistenia. Me retiro satisfecho y motivado para seguir mejorando como atleta y estudiante🤓. ¡Hasta la próxima! ⚽💪
