- INDICACIONES: Vamos a realizar 1min de plancha y seguido pasamos a las laterales con 30 segundos cada lado y volvemos nuevamente a la plancha normal de 1min. Vamos a realizarlo por 7 rondas que sería un total de 4 planchas normales y 3 laterales. Espero les guste y comenten que tal les pareceió. Buena suerte😁
