¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive y Full Deportes! Espero que todos estén muy bien en el día de hoy. Hoy les compartiré mi rutina de empuje que suelo hacer los días específicos para la plancha. Como bien saben, les he contado que la plancha es mi segundo estático favorito; sin embargo, para poder dominarlo hay que dedicarle su tiempo y mucha paciencia. Los entrenamientos de empuje que son específicos para la plancha suelen costar bastante. Sin embargo, he sido constante con este elemento del Street Workout.
Greetings to the entire Hive and Full Deportes community! I hope everyone is doing great today. Today I will share with you my push up routine that I usually do on specific plank days. As you well know, I've told you that the plank is my second favourite static; however, in order to master it you have to dedicate your time and a lot of patience. Push-up workouts that are specific to the plank often take a lot of time. However, I have been consistent with this element of Street Workout.

Como en todos mis entrenamientos, empecé a calentar mis articulaciones. Esto es algo muy importante antes de realizar cualquier entrenamiento; calenté mis hombros, cintura, lumbar y, lo más importante, las muñecas. El calentamiento fue de aproximadamente 30 minutos. Ya era momento de iniciar el primer ejercicio, lo cual pueden ver en la portada de la publicación: la lean planche, un isométrico esencial que te dará la fuerza base para empezar a fortalecer los músculos que involucran la plancha. Es como simular la full planche pero con los pies en el piso. A mí lo que me falta es sacar más escápula en este ejercicio, es decir, una protracción escapular para, de esta forma, utilizar toda la fuerza necesaria y realizarlo con la mejor técnica posible. Hice 30 segundos de aguante por 5 series.
As in all my training sessions, I started to warm up my joints. This is a very important thing to do before any training; I warmed up my shoulders, waist, lower back and, most importantly, my wrists. The warm-up was about 30 minutes. It was time to start the first exercise, which you can see on the cover of the publication: the lean planche, an essential isometric that will give you the base strength to start strengthening the muscles involved in the planche. It's like simulating the full planche but with your feet on the floor. What I'm missing is more scapulae in this exercise, i.e. scapular protraction, so that I can use all the necessary strength and perform it with the best possible technique. I did 30 seconds of hold for 5 sets.

El segundo ejercicio de mi rutina fue l-sit + aguante de tuck planche + push-ups. Esta es una buena combinación para ir fortaleciendo los hombros; aquí ya empiezas a entender cómo debe ser el movimiento y cuáles músculos son los que debes apretar para más adelante pasar a las siguientes progresiones sin ningún problema. El aguante en l-sit fue de 5 segundos; luego venía el de tuck planche, que eran 10 segundos; por último venían las push-ups de tuck, que fueron 6 repeticiones. Este tipo de flexiones te ayudarán más adelante para cuando tengas las straddle planche, poder hacer flexiones y esto suma muchos puntos en las competencias, ya que es un movimiento considerado powermoves. Fueron un total de 4 series.
The second exercise in my routine was l-sit + tuck planche hold + push-ups. This is a good combination to strengthen the shoulders; here you start to understand what the movement should be like and which muscles you need to tighten in order to move on to the next progressions without any problems. The l-sit hold was 5 seconds; then came the tuck planche, which was 10 seconds; finally came the tuck push-ups, which were 6 reps. This type of push-ups will help you later on when you have the straddle planche, to be able to do push-ups and this adds a lot of points in the competitions, as it is a movement considered powermoves. There were a total of 4 sets.

Como último ejercicio de la rutina y el que más te dará fuerza en tu empuje son las flexiones de parada de manos libres, sin ninguna asistencia de por medio. Este ejercicio no solamente te da equilibrio, sino que la fuerza que te va a dar más adelante te dejará muy impresionado. En mi caso realicé 10 repeticiones por 5 series; actualmente ya estoy volviendo a tener un buen control de la parada de manos porque ahora tengo las metas claras y me di cuenta de que si quiero ser un atleta más completo y avanzar más, debo entrenar más fuerte. Esta rutina por sí sola es sencilla para un día de descarga; hay otras rutinas que son aún más fuertes que anteriormente hacía, pero por lesiones no he podido seguir haciéndolas. Sin embargo, ahora ya estoy recuperado al 100%. Este año será el comienzo de muchos atletas profesionales chicos; ¡la clave está en jamás rendirse! The last exercise in the routine and the one that will give you the most strength in your push-up is the free hand push-up, without any assistance. This exercise not only gives you balance, but the strength it will give you later on will leave you very impressed. In my case I did 10 reps for 5 sets; I am now getting back to good handstand control because I now have clear goals and realised that if I want to be a more complete athlete and progress further, I need to train harder. This routine on its own is easy for a day of unloading; there are other routines that are even stronger that I used to do, but due to injuries I have not been able to continue doing them. However, I am now 100% recovered. This year will be the start of many professional athletes guys; the key is to never give up!
