Les cuento que esta actividad, cada día me gusta más y sinceramente, espero ansiosa de que llegue los viernes, para ir a entrenar. En algunas ocasiones voy dos veces por semana, pero normalmente los viernes. Ahora no tanto, pero en los comienzos venía con muchos hematomas, productos de los entrenamientos y que son inevitables de que se produzcan. A mí nunca me preocupa el que dirán, pero causaba un poco de impresión verme con moretones. Hoy en día, al mejorar la técnica, ya son menos.

I tell you that I like this activity more and more every day and sincerely, I look forward to Fridays to go to train. Sometimes I go twice a week, but usually on Fridays. Now not so much, but in the beginning I came with many bruises, products of training and that are inevitable to occur. I never worry about what people will say, but it was a bit of a shock to see me with bruises. Nowadays, as my technique has improved, there are fewer of them.
Somos todas chicas las que vamos e hicimos un grupo muy lindo realmente. Hay diferentes niveles, pero por suerte la profesora a todas nos dedica el tiempo necesario. Algo que destaco de ella, es que siempre está cuidándonos y no nos deja realizar una coreo, si todavía no estamos preparadas.

We are all girls who go and we made a really nice group. There are different levels, but luckily the teacher dedicates the necessary time to all of us. Something that stands out about her is that she is always taking care of us and she doesn't let us do a choreo if we are not ready yet.
La última coreo, para Marcelo, era un poco fuerte para la comunidad y entiendo de que es una disciplina deportiva y trata de realizar rutinas en el palo, con movimientos sensuales. Negocié con @palabras1 y pusimos algo. Espero que disfruten del video y que se animen a realizar sus pasiones, sin importar el que dirán. Cuando haces lo que te gusta, todo tiene sentido en tu vida.

The last choreo, for Marcelo, was a bit strong for the community and I understand that it's a sport discipline and it's about performing routines on the pole, with sensual movements.
