Una de las premisas meridianas para conseguir la confianza de la gobernanza de HIVE, no es tan solo tener una alta reputación dentro de nuestro ecosistema, ni el trabajo que realiza cada quien por promover tan inigualable comunidad. A la hora de la verdad, eso es lo mínimo que se espera de cualquier socio en un emprendimiento como HIVE. El asunto estriba en entregar VALOR a cambio de tus actos y el quehacer.

Que solo por "sudar" por dar a conocer Web3 en la forma de nuestra colmena, ya debieran tener el cielo ganado. Nada más lejos de la realidad. Lo primero usted lo hace porque le gusta y porque su nombre está comprometido con una marca, que es usted. Y lo segundo, también lo hace porque cree en las bondades de la blockchain en general y nuestro ecosistema en particular.
Many imagine that just for being quality bloggers they are called to receive perks. That just for "sweating" to make Web3 known in the form of our hive, they should already have the sky won. Nothing could be further from the truth. The first thing you do is because you like it and because your name is committed to a brand, which is you. And secondly, you also do it because you believe in the benefits of blockchain in general and our ecosystem in particular.

Poco importa el contenido porque es más un ejercicio personal de los gustos de cada quien (un acto de ego) que algo suficientemente increíble como para devolver el valor esperado por HIVE. Muy pocos creadores de contenido han podido incorporar a su ADN ésta verdad. Se limitan al ejercicio del ego en forma de contenido.

Don't misunderstand me, I just want to help answer questions that I am asked in private. I am not the champion of the truth and much less can I declare myself a representative of HIVE. I got an example of people who work selflessly in Barquisimeto, in the recently culminated event Lara Fest and to which I was invited as a speaker by the guys of @hiversbqto.
El espíritu y la sinergia de aquel equipo es de tal magnitud, que habría querido tener uno así en mis días como empresario. Estoy seguro que me habrían hecho la vida mucho más sencilla. Pero ha sido dentro de HIVE donde nos hemos conseguido con ésta maravilla. Además de todo, los fondos invertidos en el evento estuvieron más que justificados con la devolución de valor a HIVE en la forma de una nueva alianza que muy pronto será anunciada en su cuenta de twitter @hiversb.
The spirit and synergy of that team is of such magnitude, that I would have wanted to have such a team in my days as an entrepreneur. I'm sure they would have made my life so much easier. But it was within HIVE that we came up with this marvel. On top of it all, the funds invested in the event were more than justified with the return of value to HIVE in the form of a new partnership that will soon be announced on their Twitter account @hiversb.

Recuerde siempre comportarse como dueño, jamás como un empleado. Los dueños no andan pidiendo, los dueños trabajan y como consecuencia de ese trabajo llegan las ganancias. Jamás lo olvide. Un dueño no anda buscando que se le reconozca, el reconocimiento llegará como consecuencia del valor que agrega a nuestra blockchain.
