Una nueva herramienta para los curadores ha sido creada por @azircon. Realmente está disponible desde hace tiempo (Enero) y fue concebida, inicialmente, como una guía para los curadores dentro de la comunidad @splinterlands; sin embargo, el desarrollador escribió una publicación donde entrega su parecer respecto a como debiera ser usada la aplicación. Hace poco, @acidyo publicó otro post donde entrega su propia visión y deja en claro que la herramienta si sirve como una orientación, pero debiera ser usada como una de las variables a ser tomar en cuenta, en el momento de votar contenidos. Dicho esto, creí necesario dar mi punto de vista, como una especie de divulgación de la herramienta entre la comunidad hispanohablante de curadores. Además quedará registrada mi opinión (que no tiene que ser la suya, la cuál le ruego deje en claro en sus comentarios abajo).

A new tool for curators has been created by @azircon. It has actually been available for some time (January) and was initially conceived as a guide for curators within the @splinterlands community; however, the developer wrote a post where he gives his opinion on how the application should be used. Recently, @acidyo published another post where he gives his own vision and makes it clear that the tool does serve as a guide, but it should be used as one of the variables to be taken into account when voting content. That said, I thought it was necessary to give my point of view, as a kind of disclosure of the tool among the Spanish-speaking community of curators. Besides, my opinion will be recorded (which does not have to be yours, but which I ask you to make clear in your comments below).
La razón para la creación de tal herramienta, deriva de una discusión que se viene dando hace tiempo en la comunidad anglosajona, sobre el carácter extractor de muchos miembros de la comunidad respecto a los tokens minados. Hay una corriente cada vez más fuerte representando a los inversores, la cual critica aquellos usuarios quienes jamás "siembran", llevando a otro lado el HP (Hive Power) minado. Otros, simplemente están en contra de tal visión. En lo que a éste redactor respecta, ambos lados tienen razón en sus argumentos; sin embargo, si las personas extraen su minado, es porque no están convencidas todavía del valor de nuestra comunidad y la usan solo para generar ganancias. Si un autor intuye que está construyendo algo de valor, simplemente intentará disponer de la parte líquida de sus recompensas y dejará dentro de nuestra cadena el HP sin mover, entonces ¿de quien es el trabajo para convencer a quienes minan?

The reason for the creation of such a tool derives from a long-standing discussion in the Anglo-Saxon community about the extractive nature of many community members with respect to mined tokens. There is an increasingly strong current representing investors, which criticizes those users who never “seed”, taking the mined HP (Hive Power) elsewhere. Others are simply against such a view. As far as this writer is concerned, both sides are right in their arguments; however, if people mine, it is because they are not yet convinced of the value of our community and use it only to generate profit. If an author sense he is building something of value, he will simply try to dispose of the liquid part of his rewards and leave the unmoved HP in our chain, so whose job is it to convince those who mine?
Como quiera que sea y como líder representante de la comunidad hispana, deseo dejar asentada nuestra posición, respecto a quienes son "extractores" Nadie sabe la realidad económica de una persona. Dicho esto, la token-economía de HIVE jamás fue pensada con el fin de hacer que los miembros "arreglaran" sus problemas financieros creando contenidos. Está pensada para construir a largo plazo y la razón por la que fue estructurada de ese modo, fue -precisamente- con el fin de evitar a quienes solo extraen sin aportar nada. Así las cosas, jamás podría fijar una posición donde favorezca a los extractores, principalmente porque soy inversor...pero además, porque siempre hemos sido coherentes pública y privadamente. Si esa coherencia es evitada por quienes dicen rasgarse las vestiduras por "HIVE", pero tienen serios problemas para retener el HP dentro, quizás los curadores se la piensen bien antes de otorgar votos a quienes solo "ordeñan la vaca" sin entregar un mínimo esfuerzo para construir dentro de ella.

However, as a leading representative of the Hispanic community, I wish to state our position regarding those who are “extractors”. No one knows the economic reality of a person. That said, the HIVE token-economy was never intended to make members “fix” their financial problems by creating content. It is meant to build for the long term and the reason it was structured that way was -precisely- to avoid those who only extract without contributing anything. Therefore, I could never take a position that favors the extractors, mainly because I am an investor... but also because we have always been publicly and privately coherent. If this coherence is avoided by those who say they tear their clothes for “HIVE”, but have serious problems to retain the HP inside, maybe the curators will think twice before giving votes to those who only “milk the cow”, without giving a minimum effort to build inside it.

Y eso es incontestable, dada la discusión tras bastidores que se encuentra discurriendo desde Enero de éste año ¿Qué cree usted, señor(a) curador(a)? ¿Puede comprar el argumento de apoyar solo a quienes construyen sobre una comunidad que no tiene a más nadie apoyándola que nosotros mismos? ¿Es usted dueño o no de HIVE? According to @azircon, any bee below a quotient of 3, is within those members who build (if you have less than 1 as a quotient, then it is a hiver who invests in HIVE). On the contrary, those who are above 3 are those who “suck” blood without giving anything in return. Tinting the quotient with @acidyo's publication, it is simple to conclude that - although there is some opposition - we are heading towards a tomorrow where those who are coherent in the construction of the chain will be taken into account for the support in votes.
