Después de reunir algunos hiver acá en Colombia en pro del #criptolatinfest, nos coloca ahora en una posición donde el siguiente paso es organizarnos, como Colombia es un país donde el mundo cripto se encuentra disperso, luego de este evento que contó con muchos conocedores de toda Latinoamérica congregados en el museo interactivo Maloca, ofreciendo sus proyectos allí nos encontramos los hivers, en Colombia dando la cara por nuestra plataforma.

After gathering some hivers here in Colombia for the #criptolatinfest, it puts us now in a position where the next step is to organize ourselves, as Colombia is a country where the crypto world is dispersed, after this event that had many connoisseurs from all over Latin America gathered at the interactive museum Maloca, offering their projects there we found the hivers, in Colombia giving the face for our platform.

Esto nos ha brindado la oportunidad primero de conocernos personalmente, personas que solo interactuamos por el ecosistema, en actividades en los canales de discord,que por primera vez nos veíamos las caras, está oportunidad es única y cada uno de nosotros la tomo como su más grande tesoro, nos vamos a encontrar y a compartir con otros hivers, eso fue el plus del #criptolatinfest, pero ya la euforia paso el evento excelentemente organizado con todo y un temblor bastante intenso, nos reunió en torno al ecosistema de #hive.

Ahora tenemos una tarea por delante es darle forma y organización a #hivecolombia, tenemos la experiencia de nuestro amigos en #venezuela que llevan un trabajo bastante exitoso en cuanto a marketing, a pesar que Colombia es vecina es ahora que nos vamos a organizar, este #criptolainfest fue la excusa perfecta para reconocer que acá estábamos muy dispersos pero que nos dio la oportunidad de organizarnos primero como equipo, donde cada quien tendrá su función pero que nos apoyaremos unos con otros.

Now we have a task ahead is to shape and organize #hivecolombia, we have the experience of our friends in #venezuela who have a very successful work in terms of marketing, although Colombia is a neighbor is now that we are going to organize, this #criptolainfest was the perfect excuse to recognize that here we were very scattered but that gave us the opportunity to organize ourselves first as a team, where everyone will have their role but we will support each other.

Estamos en contrucción, con muchas fortalezas como lo son hiver con muchos años dentro de la plataforma, que nos sentimos comprometidos, con #hive como una forma de retribución a todo lo que significa #hive para nosotros, ahora lo que yo percibí de nosotros como equipo, somos proactivos, todos complementamos los conocimientos de otros, hay mucha cordialidad, camaradería, apoyo, todos trabajamos de manera, armónica sin egoísmo todos sin excepción, eso me encanta por que todo fluya de una manera espontánea.

Pero toca ahora hacer mesas de trabajo para comenzar sobretodo con aquellos que abrieron sus cuentas en la actividad, para orientarlos, darles el empujón necesario y no estén a la deriva, creo que debemos articular con el proceso que se lleva a cabo en varias ciudades de #venezuela que ha sido una experiencia exitosa a pesar de los ensayos y errores que nos enseñan a superarnos.

We are under construction, with many strengths such as hiver with many years within the platform, we feel committed, with #hive as a form of retribution for all that #hive means to us, now what I perceived of us as a team, we are proactive, we all complement the knowledge of others, there is much cordiality, camaraderie, support, we all work in a harmonious way, without selfishness all without exception, I love that everything flows in a spontaneous way.

But now it is time to make work tables to start especially with those who opened their accounts in the activity, to guide them, give them the necessary push and not be adrift, I think we must articulate with the process that takes place in several cities of #venezuela that has been a successful experience despite the trials and errors that teach us to overcome.

Pero así como dice el título de esta publicación en #hivecolombia estamos apenas colocando las bases para empezar a construir nuestro grupo de apoyo que sea multiplicador de los beneficios del ecosistema de #hive, saber con quién podemos contar, trabajar en función del crecimiento de la marca, de la aceptación de la moneda como medio de pago, somos pioneros eso nos da algo de ventaja de ser apoyo todos de los proyectos que vienen para este país, ser la representación de pa plataforma es un gran honor.

Estamos todos dispuestos a poner cada uno desde su espacio un granito de arena, tenemos ya muchas cosas adelantadas, vamos en una misma dirección sin ningún tipo de protagonismo, siempre con la humanidad y sencillez que nos caracteriza, afrontando cada desafío, trabajando en conjunto eso se logra escuchado las ideas y opiniones en eso estamos organizando prioridades, por donde comenzar ese es el primer paso.

But as the title of this publication says, in #hivecolombia we are just laying the foundations to start building our support group to multiply the benefits of the #hive ecosystem, to know who we can count on, to work towards the growth of the brand, the acceptance of the currency as a means of payment, we are pioneers that gives us some advantage to support all the projects that come for this country, to be the representation of pa platform is a great honor.

We are all willing to put each one of us from our own space a grain of sand, we have already advanced many things, we are going in the same direction without any kind of protagonism, always with the humanity and simplicity that characterizes us, facing each challenge, working together that is achieved by listening to the ideas and opinions in that we are organizing priorities, where to start, that is the first step.

Desde mi espacio voy a organizar mi tiempo que es lo que tengo limitado, pero si agendo bien entre la clínica puedo dedicarle tiempo a realizar actividades que organicemos donde el economista #hive es el protagonista, vamos por buen camino con todo el profesionalismo y la seriedad que esto merece, aquí todos somos protagonistas, todos somos importantes.
