So this has always been on my main core as a hivean to onbord and mentor atleast over a Thousand new bie and in previous years that has always been abortive and so I carry that plan into every new year as a resolution all the while seeking for new frontiers to push hive out to as many as will need to harness of these new knowledge of web3.
As a matter of fact believing in this Hive vision is what propelled me to always think out of the box, plus other very inspiring initiatives by phenomenon hivean cut across the globe and so its time I start with my little circle of friends...
Last year I have tried had enough buying into the vision of @khal with the @inleo project of onboarding and sustain newbies as an incentive to that, you as an onboarder stand a chance to earn up to $50 per referral if they could hang around enough, but all my effort were still abortive.
Still in the spirit of fostering these initiatives of mine I've finally found a niche in which to lay a solid foundation to build my #hive dream and fly from there upward, if you have been long enough on this space you will agree with me that it's too good to keep to oneself, you will feel it like every body ought to know about this and that's my stance....
And so to effect that I've rolled out a set of plans to help me make that dream a reality, of which I will spell them out in this post cause I believe everyone hivean here has the same spirit and I'm open to collaborate with key persons here that will be willing to make this come true...
What's on my Plate
On my theme to mass adoption, fortunately I've found my self around this corner where that can be as easy as ABC all I need is a few connections with key persons and available resources.
So in my country Nigeria, every year, graduates from higher institutions are made to under go a one year compulsory national service called the National Youth service corps (Nysc), of which I'm undergoing right a way, and so I thought it wise to use this medium to reach out to this corpers and as a corp member too, to utilize this medium to expand this amazing world of hive to them.
It's going to be a long hard road up the hill, but then partnering with key relevant hivean here on the ecosystem will make that pretty much easy, it's always been a thing of love in my heart that my world and everyone around me come to know of these new resolution on the web3 space called HIVE ♥
The outline
Alright so it's time to roll out the dice and see what's up
Alright here i am in a new city and so the first thing on the list to create a team of hivean in this city, this is a vision I wish to accomplish in this city before I leave and so I need to build my team and I'm on that starting with my colleagues in the nysc, in this national program we have been segmented into groups called community development service (CDS) which is has been like the core of the scheme, and so last week I was fortunate to introduce it to my fellow corp members about web3, hive and how everything revolves around the blockchain technology, as you know hive is a very vast ecosystem so what I did was to give them an over view of what's all about becoming a content creator on web3.
I hope to continue this expository knowledge of hive in subsequent cds meetings, beginning from my cds members to engaging other corp members in the nysc yearly program.
The Strategy
Alright so i hope to onboard many of my cds members and from there reach out to many other corpers here in my country, hoping to move from state to state enlightening the populace about Hive and web3, my drive about this, campus tour and hosting conferences with session of bringing in other hive key note speakers, alright so lets come down to now...
I want to build a team of hivean in this city and from that fly, first point of take off will be at the orientation camp talking to hundreds and thousands of corp members and after wards onboard them to the platform.....
The Strategy to this is simple I can't obviously wake up and just do all this, there are protocols to this things especially in my country of course I have outline and analyze the possibilities, the connections and resources that would be needed...
First of all I'm creating contact with my cds coordinator ofcourse already fix an appointment with him come next week Monday once the meeting is a success which it would, I'm writing to my LGI (local government inspector in charge of all corpers posted to the LGA and hopefully scheduled a meeting) after that is done, i will them write to the state coordinator ( person in charge of all corpers in a particular state of the federation) seeking approval for the initiative to partner with the nysc scheme to enlightened the corp members about Hive...
Once the link is successfully created, I would then seek partnership on hive ofcourse starting with the likes of @starkerz @fokusnow, @somastically and some other key relevant key key noteable figures on hive to the mass adoption of these massive newbies that will be onbaorded, mentored and nurtured till they gain root on hive....
These are the vision and road map to implementing these ideas to onboarding these corpers in my region, state amd country, once it's kicked off the process will be updated her we, do well to let me know of any helpful key suggestions in the comment section of these post...till then let's stay hopeful.
