Those who follow my blog, know that I have always been a reserved person when it comes to participating in meetings, activities or events. Not because of anything bad, it's because of internal factors that I struggle with on a daily basis. My life changed years ago after a long period affected by depression and full of insecurities, joining what today is Hive helped me find a new path, what started as a search for income became something bigger, thanks to its community, as Zully Scott said in her speech, the Hive Blockchain helps and changes lives.
Los que siguen mi blog, saben que siempre he sido una persona reservada a la hora de participar en reuniones, actividades o eventos. No por nada malo, es por factores internos con los que lucho a diario. Mi vida cambió hace años tras un largo periodo afectada por la depresión y llena de inseguridades, unirme a lo que hoy es Hive me ayudó a encontrar un nuevo camino, lo que empezó como una búsqueda de ingresos se convirtió en algo más grande, gracias a su comunidad, como dijo Zully Scott en su discurso, la Blockchain de Hive ayuda y cambia vidas.
I admit that I had a hard time overcoming the self-imposed barrier, but why not attend and meet people with whom I have been sharing the best blockchain for years? I got up the courage and decided to attend the Expo Tecno Digital that took place last weekend in Barquisimeto, event of which I made a complete review in my previous post.
Contagious of the good energy and kindness of all those who worked hard during those days, both those of Team Hive Barquisimeto and the other Hivers who attended from other states of the country, to help spread, promote and encourage companies and individuals to know the Hive Blockchain , showing them all the benefits offered by a decentralized ecosystem like ours, yes, because all of us who make life in Hive, feel it as ours, from the little fish of a few days to the largest whale, we are all united by the feeling of owning a little piece of Hive.
I attended the first day and the third, which was the closing day of the event. I witnessed the work done with passion, although each of us may have different visions, the work of the community, working as bees to achieve a common goal, is what makes the difference. Media, companies, exhibitors, general public looked at Hive, some did not know it was a blockchain, maybe they did not believe at first that Hive is not a company, does not have a CEO, does not have a headquarters, but quickly all their doubts were dispelled by all the Hivers team present at the booth.
I was also able to experience the sense of community and help among Hivers, the day of the closing, when I arrived at the mall I had a problem and after spending some time sharing with other users, they helped me to solve it. There is no doubt that the most important thing in Hive is the people. Something that is experienced more intensely in this type of events, where we can communicate face to face with others, leaving aside the coldness that sometimes online communication can have. For this reason, participating in these events not only helps to promote the Hive blockchain, but also serves to strengthen ties and make the Hive community more united and stronger.
Reconozco que me costó bastante superar la barrera autoimpuesta, pero ¿por qué no asistir y conocer a gente con la que llevo años compartiendo la mejor blockchain? Me armé de valor y decidí asistir a la Expo Tecno Digital que se realizó el pasado fin de semana en Barquisimeto, evento del cual hice una reseña completa en mi post anterior.
Contagiado de las buenas energías y la amabilidad de todos los que trabajaron arduamente durante esos días, tanto los del Team Hive Barquisimeto como los demás Hivers que asistieron de otros estados del país, para ayudar a difundir, promover y animar a empresas y particulares a conocer la Hive Blockchain , mostrándoles todos los beneficios que ofrece un ecosistema descentralizado como el nuestro, sí, porque todos los que hacemos vida en Hive, lo sentimos como nuestro, desde el pececito de pocos días hasta la ballena más grande, a todos nos une el sentimiento de ser dueños de un pedacito de Hive.
Asistí al primer día y al tercero, que fue el de clausura del evento. Fui testigo del trabajo realizado con pasión, aunque cada uno de nosotros pueda tener visiones diferentes, el trabajo de la comunidad, trabajando como abejas para lograr un objetivo común, es lo que marca la diferencia. Medios de comunicación, empresas, expositores, público en general miraban a Hive, algunos no sabían que era una blockchain, tal vez no creían al principio que Hive no es una empresa, no tiene un CEO, no tiene una sede, pero rápidamente todas sus dudas fueron disipadas por todo el equipo de Hivers presente en el stand.
También pude experimentar el sentido de comunidad y ayuda entre los Hivers, el día de la clausura, al llegar al centro comercial tuve un problema y después de pasar un rato compartiendo con otros usuarios, me ayudaron a resolverlo. No cabe duda que lo más importante en Hive es la gente. Algo que se vive más intensamente en este tipo de eventos, donde podemos comunicarnos cara a cara con los demás, dejando de lado la frialdad que a veces puede tener la comunicación online. Por este motivo, participar en estos eventos no sólo ayuda a promocionar la blockchain Hive, sino que también sirve para estrechar lazos y hacer que la comunidad Hive esté más unida y sea más fuerte.

Only two people, francysfiore and joheredia21 , who is a fellow moderator in the Movies & TV Shows community, knew me in person before going to the Expo Tecno Digital. I had always been invited to the activities, but I was very reluctant, until I decided it was time to meet several users, some with whom I have almost six years of communication and I wanted to see them in person.
I hope I have left a good impression and that they see that I am not as bitter as many perhaps thought, yes I have my days that I wish the world would end, but when they meet me in person they realize that I am not a cranky old man. I found everyone to be very nice people and I had a great time. Some people might think I'm crazy for wearing a mask most of the time, but I don't like taking pictures without it, I still have a lot of hang-ups and I can't even stand to look at myself, so being masked is part of me and my personal brand at Hive.
Solo dos personas, francysfiore y joheredia21 , que es compañero moderador en la comunidad de Movies & TV Shows, me conocian en persona antes de ir a la Expo Tecno Digital. Siempre me habían invitado a las actividades, pero yo era muy reacio, hasta que decidí que era el momento de conocer a varios usuarios, algunos con los que tengo casi seis años de comunicación y quería verlos en persona.
Espero haber dejado una buena impresión y que vean que no soy tan amargado como muchos quizás pensaban, sí tengo mis días que deseo que se acabe el mundo, pero cuando me conocen en persona se dan cuenta que no soy un viejo cascarrabias. Todo el mundo me pareció muy buena gente y me lo pasé muy bien. Algunos pensarán que estoy loco por llevar máscara la mayor parte del tiempo, pero no me gusta hacerme fotos sin ella, sigo teniendo muchos complejos y no soporto ni verme, así que ir enmascarado forma parte de mí y de mi marca personal en Hive.

It was a pleasure to meet Jessica Gomez, whose user is tsunsicay has been the great revelation of Team Hive Barquisimeto. I couldn't listen to her live presentation because I was late the first day, but I saw her on line and she really is a very prepared young woman, she did very well as a Hive Speaker. It was also a pleasure to meet Zully Scott, a super nice woman and that everything she is doing in Hive Barquisimeto, she is doing it with a lot of love. You can see her in the excellent talk that practically closed the event and where there was a great audience. To both of them I send by this means many congratulations, they did a splendid job.
The congratulations are in general for everyone. Everyone fulfilled their roles and responsibilities. Yonnathang who was in charge of all the logistics and taking care of every detail and solving any unforeseen event. We chatted briefly as he was always busy doing some task. I chatted a lot with Natalia ( soy-laloreto ) who pleased everyone with her laughter and good humor, very happy to have met her personally after such a long time. I was excited to meet Neruel, a young Hiver whom I consider a great author and he also showed his excitement to meet me, I am glad to know that somehow I have helped people in the blockchain and that they have a good memory of me.
Fue un gusto conocer a Jessica Gómez, cuyo usuario es tsunsicay ha sido la gran revelación del Team Hive Barquisimeto. No pude escuchar su presentación en vivo porque el primer día llegué tarde, pero la vi on line y realmente es una joven muy preparada, lo hizo muy bien como Speaker de Hive. También fue un placer conocer a Zully Scott, una mujer súper simpática y que todo lo que está haciendo en Hive Barquisimeto, lo está haciendo con mucho amor. La pueden ver en la excelente charla que prácticamente cerró el evento y donde hubo una gran audiencia. A ambas les envío por este medio muchas felicitaciones, hicieron un trabajo espléndido.
Las felicitaciones son en general para todos. Cada uno cumplió con su papel y responsabilidades. Yonnathang que se encargó de toda la logística y de cuidar cada detalle y solucionar cualquier imprevisto. Charlamos brevemente ya que siempre estaba ocupado haciendo alguna tarea. Charlé mucho con Natalia ( soy-laloreto ) que agradó a todos con su risa y buen humor, muy contenta de haberla conocido personalmente después de tanto tiempo. Me emocionó conocer a Neruel, un joven Hiver al que considero un gran autor y él también mostró su emoción por conocerme, me alegra saber que de alguna manera he ayudado a gente en el blockchain y que tienen un buen recuerdo de mí.

Gente con la que se pasa muy bien y trabajan perfectamente en equipo. De la ciudad de Valencia no solo asistió Natalia. Lunaticanto también estuvo activa durante los tres días, ella también es muy amable, aunque cuando le pregunté sobre el Hive Model, no quiso darme información.
El último día se presentaron otros usuarios de Hive Valencia, entre ellos el usuario más muteado de todo Hive, tanto que hasta se silenció de su propia comunidad. ¿Saben quién es? ¡Yonilkar! Me pareció una persona bastante tranquila, creo que es más travieso en las redes sociales. No vino solo, estaba con wilfredojgf y crisch23, con los que hablé durante un rato sobre Hive. Danielvehe de Rutablockahin también estaba presente trabajando en el stand y en la rueda de negocios con las empresas expositoras, no pude hablar mucho con él. Leí su post y me da pena que no comiera bien de Lara, seguirá con su actividad Hive va a la Escuela y espero que le lleven a comer un buen Chivo asado. Por último conocí a Mundomanaure su hermana. Se encargó de toda la fotografía y video, haciendo un gran trabajo, que seguro han visto en algunos videos compartidos, como se ve en sus videos, es una persona muy tranquila, muy reservada y educada. Le deseo mucho éxito en su carrera como cineasta.

What at first I thought to make a post for Liketu, ended up being a long post, when I start writing I can not stop until I express everything I have to say, plus I wanted to tell my experience being the first time I attended a Hive activity. I hope I posted in the right community and that they don't mute my post. I read the rules, I think this fits perfectly in this community.
It was an enjoyable experience and I hope to attend another event involving the Hive community in the future. The idea is to work together, regardless of different points of view, that's the basis for building a strong community. To work to attract new authors, players, investors and developers to consolidate to the rest of the world, what we already know, that Hive is the best Blockchain ecosystem.
Lo que en un principio pensaba hacer un post para Liketu, acabó siendo un post largo, cuando me pongo a escribir no puedo parar hasta expresar todo lo que tengo que decir, además quería contar mi experiencia siendo la primera vez que asistía a una actividad del Hive. Espero haber posteado en la comunidad correcta y que no me silencien mi post. Leí las reglas, creo que esto encaja perfectamente en esta comunidad.
Fue una experiencia agradable y espero poder asistir a otro evento en el que participe la comunidad de Hive en el futuro. La idea es trabajar juntos, independientemente de los diferentes puntos de vista, esa es la base para construir una comunidad sólida. Trabajar para atraer nuevos autores, jugadores, inversores y desarrolladores para consolidar ante el resto del mundo, lo que ya sabemos, que Hive es el mejor ecosistema Blockchain.
