My name is @lhorgical and am so happy to apply for the newbie Initiative which you can be part of by going through the post here
Just few day ago I was exploring as usual not really having a clear direction of where I was heading. Well I guess everyone at some point had to thread this path of uncertainty,you can only be exempted when you have a hand that is holding and leading you.
The good news is that in my bid to get direction,I stumbled upon this newbie Initiative in a post made my @starstings01. I have a lot to really say about this personality who I admire from afar,I guess that was the reason I followed after secretly and got to find out about this initiative.
My thought about the Newbie initiative.
Am very positive and optimistic about this initiative. I mean what bigger help can you offer a newbie who has been wandering and now has been offered help by those who seems to know where he is headed. There is this saying in my local dialect which says
Follow who know road...lols
It's translated to mean "Follow those who knows where you're going" I believe it is what I just did by choosing to apply for this initiative. I wish I had known about this initiative the very day I joined this platform,a big thanks to @bhoa,he did a good job in showing me stuffs on this platform but has been unavoidably busy lately. I have also read testimonies of those who passed through this initiative and they all had a lot positive things to say about it. I have no regrets,I will just see this as another opportunity to get it right.
My Current Reputation and HP
My current reputation is 54 as at the time of making this post and my HP is 54+. 50HP was also delegated to me to solve resource credit issue. So in total I have about 105 HP.
My Reason for joining this initiative.
The reason why I joined this initiative is to grow and make impact on this platform . Like I said earlier,it is good to follow those who are seniors and leaders in whatever area you're new to. I believe in the wealth of experience the likes of @aliento & @projectmamabg have gathered over the years and am here to draw from that well by learning from them.They have really been showing us a lot of love in the Smile discord channel.
Blog/ Topic of Interest.
Am a Freewriter though,I don't like being boxed. I love to blog on so many things as the inspiration comes but I've found my self blogging more on nature, finance,religion,art and love so many times . Am also open to new topic or subjects to blog on and that's because I don't like being boxed.😉
I will be more than excited if am given the opportunity to be part of this initiative. Special thanks to the team.They are all out to see that newbie succeed in their career here on hive. I know I will surely look back one day and bless the day I came across this initiative.
