Como Publicista y Community Manager tengo conocimiento de como hacer crecer tus Redes Sociales, solo que nunca me había enfocado en estudiar los pasos y herramientas que son efectivos para lograr un mayor resultado de lo que desees obtener. Después de mencionar un poco el como estos tip me han ayudado mucho a lograr resultados beneficiosos a mis redes sociales y mi Blog de Hive, es hora de decirles el secreto .
Antes de empezar quiero decirles que pronto subiré un tutorial de las herramientas que uso y que les ayudará mucho a realizar miniaturas más atractivas visualmente. Así que atentos, porque con estos tip y el tutorial generarán grandes resultados dependiendo en que lo apliques .
Cronograma de actividades .
Para tener mayor rendimiento y productividad en tus Redes Sociales o en Hive debes realizar un Cronograma de Actividades, esto te ayudará a tener mayor facilidad de hacer las cosas que debes cumplir tanto en tu trabajo como en tu hogar, en serio esto les hará la vida más fácil, así no pierden el tiempo pensando en ; "¿Que haré ahora?" Si eres una persona olvidadiza como yo, de seguro te funcionará mucho. Más allá de lo efectivo que es este Tip, es el hecho de que estarán siguiendo una rutina y responsabilidad de sus deberes.
No es fácil seguir el ritmo, créanme que no lo es, pero una vez que comiences a ver los resultados y a sentir que por fin "el tiempo si rinde" es cuando te dirás a ti mismo/a "Fue bueno administrar y organizar mis dias" .
Para lograr mayor alcance en tus Redes Sociales, debes ser constante pero sobre todo lograr aportar contenido de calidad y nutritivo, no es fácil hacerlo, toma mucho tiempo, pero todo es cuestión de seguir un ritmo que se establezca en el Cronograma de actividades, así lograrás mejor rendimiento y tendrás a la mano todas las actividades e ideas que debes realizar en en dicho día.
Horario.
El horario te permitirá a administrar tu tiempo en tus actividades, ejemplo en cuanto a Instagram debes saber a que hora postear tu contenido, ya sea una Storie, post, reels, ect todo depende de tu Cronograma de Contenido, eso te ayudará a cumplir con el horario establecido y obtendrás mayor interacción con tus seguidores, existen herramientas que te ayudan a programar tus publicaciones en tus Redes Sociales como lo es aquí en #Hive, asi que esto aplica también en la blockchain.
Actividades .
A que me refiero con ¿Actividades? Bueno somos personas que no solo viven de las redes sociales ni del trabajo, tenemos otras responsabilidades como por ejemplo: hacer comida, limpiar la casa, estudios, ejercicios ect todas las actividades a partes de esta también debemos cumplirlas, entonces es por ello que esas actividades debemos agregarlas en nuestro Cronograma para organizar el tiempo y así nos de chance de hacer lo que vendría siendo el contenido para nuestras Redes o Hive.
Rutina.
Como dije anteriormente es difícil seguir una rutina, pero después que empiezas no hay vuelta atrás, también es importante tomar un tiempo para nosotros mimos y lograr conectar con algo que nos genere paz, porque si no lo hacemos estaremos muy agotados y sentiremos que no disfrutamos de nada . Las rutinas ayudan a lograr nuestros objetivos de una manera eficaz .

El cronograma o calendario de Contenido te ayudará muchísimo, un tip que uso mucho es que me tomo un día libre para solo generar ideas y anotar las especificaciones que deseo. Algo que hago mucho a la hora de crear contenido en Hive es simplemente anotar las ideas y después de también mencionar las especificaciones que quiero me pongo solamente a crear miniaturas u esctrutuctar los Posh para que luego en el transcurso de los días solo me tome el tiempo de redactar y publicar, amigos eso les ahorrará muchísimo tiempo y créanme que les generara mayor productividad.
¿Que tipo de contenido?
Debes primero identificar tu nicho, tener en cuenta los objetivos que quieres lograr aportando el contenido ya sea en tus Redes o en Hive, la ideas es generar ya sea interacción o lo que tu desees, ejemplo, en instagram si el Jueves subiré un Reels a las 8pm con sus respectivas indicaciones mi objetivo con ello es lograr mayor alcance de seguidores.
Plantea los objetivos que quieres lograr con tu contenido.
Importante: Vean las estadísticas de sus redes sociales, eso les ayudará a saber qué hora incluso día tienen mayor interacción con sus seguidores.
¿Algo diferente?
Debes saber que publicar, sean creativos no se enfrasquen en solo una idea o en este caso de Hive; una comunidad, es bueno experimentar otras cosas para saber si eres bueno o disfrutas crear contenido de ese estilo o en esa comunidad.
Se que es difícil, pero ello les recomiendo adquirir conocimiento del nicho que desean compartir, viendo ya sea videos, programas o leyendo libros, blog incluso páginas que te ayudarán a aportar mejor contenido y sobre todo a llegar a mostrar algo diferente de un tema común.
No publiques lo mismo todos los días en tus Redes Sociales, actualmente existen muchas herramientas que te permiten mostrar contenido en diferentes formatos, así que se diferente del resto y comparte contenido atractivo en las diferentes herramientas que ofrece la red social o de Hive .

Debes preguntarte esto, eso te ayudará a identificar que Red Social te ayudará a ti para alcanzar dichos objetivos, te permitirá tener control y mejor rendimiento en las redes indicadas, todo depende, si quieres mejorar tu marca personal o es de un emprendimiento.
Debes realizar una evaluación previa de las redes que traerán beneficios a tu empresa o maraca personal.
Mantener un perfil igualitario, y aportar contenido del mismo enfoque pero de diferentes manera .

Seguir aprendiendo para lograrlo, ve cursos de diseño, de edición, redacción o videos que te generen inspiración, todo ayudará a que nosotros como creadores de contenido logremos aportar contenido nutritivo a la blockchain y redes sociales.
Ser constante, pero diferente.
Se constante, es mi lema de vida, el ser persistente me ha enseñado a que si te esfuerzas lo suficiente llegas a lograr tus metas, y es algo fascinante porque hasta ahora he podido tener la satisfacción de verlo con mis propios ojos y decir "Valió la pena la constancia y esfuerzo" asi que amigos sean constante en sus redes sociales y sobre todo aquí en la Blockchain, si lo hacen obtendrán grandes resultados.
Algo que es difícil a la primera es resaltar entre los demás, si es difícil pero no imposible, solo lleva su tiempo buscar un estilo único y que refleje tu persona, pero siempre trata de dar eso que te caracteriza y créanme que valdrá la pena.
