Hace ya unos cuantos días atrás recibí la invitación de @iamsaray, @jennyzer y @veronicamartinc para unirme a este concurso creado por @ambarvegas. Yo a veces soy un poco lenta para hacer las cosas, pero finalmente hoy he aceptado la invitación de estas tres chicas increíbles.

Me encantan estos tipos de concursos o iniciativas donde se nos impulsa a compartir nuestra experiencia dentro de la plataforma. Siempre será genial compartir un poco de nuestras vivencias, así como también conocer las de otros usuarios, pues esto genera un gran interacción entre los creadores de contenido que hacemos vida dentro de la plataforma.

Hello, Earthlings!

A few days ago I received the invitation from @iamsaray, @jennyzer and @veronicamartinc to join this contest created by @ambarvegas. I'm sometimes a little slow to get things done, but finally today I accepted the invitation from these three amazing girls.

I love these types of contests or initiatives where we are pushed to share our experience within the platform. It will always be great to share a bit of our experiences, as well as learn about those of other users, as this generates a great interaction between the content creators that we make life within the platform.

Hive es una red social descentralizada la cual está basada en la tecnología Blockchain o cadena de bloques y donde puedes compartir tu contenido sin ningún tipo de censura y a la vez recibir recompensas por ese contenido original y de calidad que compartes con el resto de los usuarios.

Para mí Hive es un espacio en donde me siento con la completa libertad para compartir mis puntos de vista, mis conocimientos, mi creatividad y mis pasiones sin caer en la superficialidad que caracterizan a otras redes sociales. Me atrevo incluso a decir que esta plataforma ha cambiado un poco mi vida y me ha hecho descubrir ciertas habilidades que no sabía que tenía. He llegado a descubrir lo mucho que me encanta crear contenido, editar fotografías, redactar textos en torno a las cosas que me gusta e incluso interactuar con otros usuarios también forma parte de la experiencia tan genial que vivo aquí. Así que puedo afirmar que Hive es para mí como el trabajo soñado y aunque nunca llegué a pensar en que podía convertirme en una blogger, pues bueno…¡aquí estamos! Y puedo afirmar que la experiencia ha sido sumamente maravillosa.

Hive is a decentralized social network which is based on Blockchain technology and where you can share your content without any censorship and at the same time receive rewards for that original and quality content that you share with the rest of the users.

Well, now, without so many technicalities: what is Hive for me?

For me Hive is a space where I feel completely free to share my views, my knowledge, my creativity and my passions without falling into the superficiality that characterize other social networks. I even dare to say that this platform has changed my life a bit and has made me discover certain skills that I didn't know I had. I have come to discover how much I love creating content, editing photos, writing texts around the things I like and even interacting with other users is also part of the great experience I live here. So I can say that Hive is like a dream job for me and although I never thought I could become a blogger, well... here we are! And I can say that the experience has been extremely wonderful.

Yo creé mi cuenta en Steemit por allá en el 2017. Al principio no era tan activa con mi blog como lo soy aquí actualmente, realizaba publicaciones muy esporádicamente pues estaba realmente bastante ocupada con mis obligaciones y responsabilidades diarias así que no podía dedicarle mucho tiempo a eso de generar contenido en la plataforma.

Y fue así como pasé de realizar publicaciones esporádicamente a no realizar ninguna publicación, se puede decir que abandoné este mundo por un tiempo y aún más cuando me enteré de toda la controversia que estaba ocurriendo. Mi novio era quien me mantenía al tanto con todas las novedades y gracias a él fue que me enteré que estaba por llevarse a cabo una bifurcación.

Como persona curiosa que soy, al momento en que él me comenta esto, me tomé la tarea de leer un poco más sobretodo lo que estaba aconteciendo, pues no es lo mismo leer y enterarte de las cosas por ti mismo a que otros te la cuenten. Con el panorama un poco más claro de todo lo que había ocurrido, decidí embarcarme en esta travesía y apostar por Hive, lo cual fue una decisión bastante acertada que no me arrepiento para nada en haberla tomado.

I created my Steemit account back in 2017. At the beginning I was not as active with my blog as I am here now, I published very sporadically because I was really quite busy with my obligations and daily responsibilities so I could not devote much time to generating content on the platform.

And that's how I went from posting sporadically to not posting at all, you could say that I abandoned this world for a while and even more when I found out about all the controversy that was going on. My boyfriend was the one who kept me up to date with all the news and it was thanks to him that I found out that a bifurcation was about to take place.

As a curious person that I am, when he told me this, I took the task of reading a little more about everything that was happening, because it is not the same to read and find out things by yourself than to be told by others. With the picture a little clearer of everything that had happened, I decided to embark on this journey and bet on Hive, which was a very wise decision that I do not regret having taken at all.

A pesar de que no fui tan constante en la antigua Blockchain, cuando comencé en ella sí me tomé mi tiempo para indagar sobre la plataforma y sobre cómo funcionaba todo ahí, así que en realidad mis dudas no eran tantas y eso me permitió adaptarme rápidamente a Hive. Claro está que con la llegada de Hive sí surgieron ciertas preguntas en mi cabeza, como por ejemplo, no tenía ni la menor idea de cómo funcionaba ese asunto con las comunidades y no estaba segura desde cual poder compartir mi contenido, pero creo que esa era una duda bastante general pues las comunidades era algo que apenas se estaba comenzando a implementar.

Otra duda que tenía era en cuanto al contenido que yo pretendía compartir, al principio me preguntaba frecuentemente si aquí tendría mucho más apoyo y si me contenido sería mejor valorado. Un error que yo venía arrastrando desde Steemit era que yo no interaccionaba mucho con otros usuarios, pero fue aquí en Hive en donde aprendí que la interacción y los lazos que generamos con otros usuarios es parte sumamente importante de nuestra experiencia en la plataforma, pues eso es lo que en realidad nos abre las puertas y nos permitirá ser mucho más visibles.

Although I was not so constant in the old Blockchain, when I started in it I did take my time to find out about the platform and how everything worked there, so in reality my doubts were not so many and that allowed me to adapt quickly to Hive. Of course, with the arrival of Hive certain questions did arise in my head, for example, I had no idea how it worked with the communities and I was not sure from which one I could share my content, but I think that was a pretty general doubt because the communities was something that was just beginning to be implemented.

Another doubt I had was about the content I intended to share, at first I often wondered if I would have much more support here and if my content would be better valued. A mistake that I had been dragging from Steemit was that I did not interact much with other users, but it was here in Hive where I learned that the interaction and the bonds that we generate with other users is an extremely important part of our experience on the platform, this is what really opens doors and allows us to be much more visible.

Mi experiencia hasta el momento ha sido sumamente increíble y realmente puedo decir que ha sido 100% positiva en muchos aspectos. Cada día en que he sido parte de esta plataforma me ha servido para aprender un sinfín de cosas nuevas además de que he puesto a trabajar a millón mi creatividad. Como comentaba anteriormente, no estaba en mis planes llegar a ser blogger o creadora de contenido, así que cuando esto pasó mi visión sobre muchas cosas comenzó a cambiar y me vi inmersa dentro de esa búsqueda diaria de ideas para mejorar cada vez más el contenido que comparto en mi Blog, esto es algo que a veces resulta ser un poco retador pero a su vez es increíblemente genial y gratificante.

Pero mi experiencia no sólo se resume únicamente en todo lo que he aprendido aquí, pues también he tenido la oportunidad de conocer a personas increíbles gracias a esta plataforma y con las que he formado grandes lazos de amistad. Es increíble como es que gracias a Hive puedes sentirte tan cerca de otras personas aun y cuando nos separan unos cuantos kilómetros de distancia.

Debo también mencionar que la unión y aceptación entre los usuarios de la plataforma es algo increíble. Realmente es muy lindo ver como otros usuarios te apoyan y valoran tu contenido, eso es algo que en lo personal a mí me motiva mucho y me impulsa a seguir trabajando para mejorar cada día más mi blog.

My experience so far has been extremely incredible and I can truly say that it has been 100% positive in many aspects. Every day that I have been part of this platform has helped me to learn a lot of new things and I have put my creativity to work a million times. As I mentioned before, it was not in my plans to become a blogger or content creator, so when this happened my vision about many things began to change and I was immersed in that daily search for ideas to improve more and more the content that I share on my Blog, this is something that sometimes turns out to be a little challenging but at the same time is incredibly cool and rewarding.

But my experience is not only summarized only in everything I have learned here, because I have also had the opportunity to meet amazing people thanks to this platform and with whom I have formed great bonds of friendship. It is incredible how thanks to Hive you can feel so close to other people even when we are a few kilometers away from each other.

I must also mention that the union and acceptance among the users of the platform is something incredible. It is really nice to see how other users support you and value your content, that is something that personally motivates me a lot and encourages me to keep working to improve my blog every day.
