I won't just start writing what my life would be like without Hive because you may not be able to imagine it clearly except I tell you how my life had been before I found Hive, how it has been since I found Hive and what I believe it would be like if I don't Hive anymore.
I want to appreciate @rutablockchain for this awesome idea to share our thoughts on how important Hive is to everyone of us. It is a sure thing that Hive has done a lot of good for those who make use of the opportunities it offers.
My Life Before Hive
Thinking back to when I was just an ordinary girl going about my normal activities, studying to score high on my subjects and also being very active with my singing and making friends around me.
Living with my dad and siblings, we had a normal routine we do every single day and thinking about it now, we didn't see anything wrong with it 🤔 we just kept living while dad provided what we needed.
Honestly, I didn't think I was a good writer until a friend introduced me to a blogging site called Uptrennd (Crashed already) where I was groomed to write better and I even got to a point where I was teaching people how to blog better. It was a special experience for me.
I realized how boring my normal routine had been before I found out I could actually blog. I started falling in love with the new experience and making little money from it. But then, the site crashed and I was back to my normal routine finding a way out of it badly.
My Life With Hive
My findings brought me to Hive, I asked questions and those questions yielded result to me and I got to register an account with Hive. At first, I felt the platform wasn't going to last like the other one I ventured before but after reading about the platform and exploring a lot of things on Hive, I was so confident to be consistent and grow my account.
That led me to being on Hive every day. I actually have a routine that is so focused on Hive. Here are the major routine I unconsciously do everyday concerning.
Waking up to check my notifications and feed for any update I may had missed while I was sleeping.
Going through my own posts, the Payouts and my wallet (including my Hive engine) to watch my growth.
Checking out any contests I had reblogged to know which I would participate in.
Reply comments on my previous posts, make comments on others posts and do some curation.
All these activities, I do at anytime of the day and I can say I check my Hive on my phone for more hours than I do other stuffs offline. Hive has become an habit for me, I hardly go hours without doing something on Hive.
My Life Without Hive
With all that activities I do on Hive, life without Hive would be unimaginably boring and uninteresting really but I will try to imagine it for the sake of this contest.
Without Hive, I'll be back to searching for another peace of mind because honestly, Hive has given me some kind of peace within especially when I write my heart out or share my experiences and get feedbacks from friends.
Hive has groomed me to want to write everyday, engage with people everyday and also helped me to be more open and less scared to talk to people and in the public. Without Hive, I think I'll be back to being in my comfort zone and just bearing with boring life.
Without Hive, I'll be back to watching movies continuously since I wouldn't have much to do. I hardly get to finish a complete season drama because I have to do stuffs on Hive, I feel responsible towards my account and in supporting others on Hive.
Hive has changed me and I'm loving the changes so much, living without Hive at this point of my life is what I really don't want to imagine.
And most importantly, without Hive I'll be one of those finding jobs and relying on my parents for allowances which isn't so at this moment because I have Hive. And living without Hive would also mean I'll miss my friends on Hive 🥺
Well, I'll like to conclude that I love Hive and if it's possible, I'll remain here and not going anywhere... Like I'm here to stay and enjoy whatever Hive brings to me as opportunities to better my life.
I'll like to invite @hopestylist @rita.esperanza @otuyanancy to join in this contests, Here is the link to the contest.
Thanks for reading!!!
