La vida en nuestra #Hive, se desarrolla en un, convivir, socializar, jugar, escribir, grabar y mil cosas más, a través de los medios dispuestos para ello. Asimismo, el descubrimiento de nuevas herramientas, que mediante la investigación, nos llevará a crecer y adquirir nuevas habilidades e innovar constantemente.
Lo importante es mantener una actitud abierta a nuevos aprendizajes, a la aplicación y uso de recursos como los que ofrece la Web 3, para consolidar proyectos, ejecutar cambios, utilizar criptomonedas y entrar en el metaverso, como uno de los avances más importantes de la actualidad, porque supone la activación de una enorme economía digital. Esto es intangible, pero efectivo. Como mejor ejemplo, están los videojuegos virtuales ya existentes. Incluso cuando creas tu cartera y accedes a través de una clave privada, demuestra que ya tienes una identidad digital, por lo tanto, puedes acceder fácilmente al metaverso y sus beneficios.
En la actualidad y dentro del ecosistema, se están generando una serie de encuentros promovidos y apoyados por proyectos ya consolidados. Este es el caso de nuestro reconocido y famoso #HivemeetupArgentina, donde recibimos el apoyo irrestricto de #Hivecreators, y @ecency a través de nuestra amiga @melinda010100, la colaboración directa de @guiltyparties, @enrique89 , y los amigos @Tarot911, y @fragozar01 A todos ellos les expreso mi más sincero agradecimiento.
Cómo olvidar ese día, no nos conocíamos personalmente, pero habíamos compartido bellos momentos a través de programas en Discord, concursos, iniciativas y comentarios, que nunca deben faltar en nuestras publicaciones de la colmena, porque de eso se trata.

Desde el día cero, nos reunimos en uno de los tantos centros comerciales emblemáticos de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina, para compartir una tarde, conocernos y acordar el inicio de un sueño realizable. Ahí empezó todo...
Llevamos lápiz y papel, al mejor estilo de quien desea que nada se olvide. Entre risas y lluvia de ideas, comenzamos a planificar el gran #HivemeetupArgentina. Aquello nos embargó de tanta ilusión, que de inmediato nos pusimos "Manos a la obra". No faltó el chiste, el compartir experiencias mutuas, entre anécdotas, e historias. La emoción era tal, que ni siquiera un café nos desvió de nuestro propósito. ¡Y bien que lo merecía el momento! Eso sí, logramos concretar las acciones a seguir.
Así que a partir de ese día sábado, 13 de agosto, de 2022, nace el primer impulso para llevar a cabo un evento de magnitud Internacional. Por lo cual, cada quien llevó consigo, una responsabilidad, para lograr realizar un segundo encuentro entre los #hivers que pudieran llegarse hasta la capital. Este fue el primer emblemático logo, para identificar al #HivemeetupBuenos Aires.
Inmediatamente, nuestro amigo y compañero de equipo, @DimasCastillo, se movilizó para ubicar un lugar ideal en Puerto Madero, sitio merecedor de una reunión como esta. Todos nos activamos para que este Segundo encuentro, #HivemeetupBuenosAires, tuviera lugar. Finalmente, por razones de comodidad, el lugar de encuentro, sería un Starbucks.
Acerca de este día tan diferente, que en definitiva sería el segundo encuentro de hivers en Buenos Aires, todos los asistentes hicieron sus respectivas publicaciones acerca de lo allí acontecido. Razón por la cual, no me detendré contando los detalles. Si desean conocer o recordar lo que ocurrió ese día, pueden visitar, mi post explicativo.
Por cierto, esa hermosa y fresca tarde en Puerto Madero, se tomó la decisión en conjunto con los asistentes, de la fecha y otros detalles, que consolidarían el éxito del ahora culminado, #HivemeetupArgentina.
De allí en adelante ya no hubo momento de reposo de parte de ninguno de los miembros del equipo organizador. Cada uno ejerció su rol, en la búsqueda del presupuesto para la cobertura del evento de acuerdo a lo ya trazado.Se buscaron los precios de salones, franelas, obsequios, decoración, pendón, regalos, etc.
Finalmente, logramos recibir ese aporte económico, luego de conversar en varias oportunidades con nuestro amigo @enrique89, hasta altas horas de la noche debido a las fallas de electricidad y ausencia del servicio de internet, ocasionado por las lluvias tormentosas en Venezuela. Lo primero que se aseguró fue el gran salón, pues nos pareció el mejor. De hecho, está bien ubicado y nuestros invitados pudieron llegar con comodidad y a tiempo.
También se mandó a hacer un pendón o banner, que identifica y contextualiza a nuestra #hive en un solo párrafo. Es el modelo oficial de #hivecreators, pues ha recorrido muchos rincones de Venezuela y países de habla hispana.
Igualmente, todo lo concerniente a refrigerio, premiaciones, adornos, regalos, carnet, identificadores, etc. Fue un arduo trabajo, pero cuando las cosas se hacen con ilusión y responsabilidad, nada lo detiene y en este equipo desde el día cero, asumimos las riendas del compromiso adquirido.
Vale destacar que nuestro compañero de equipo, @Dimascastillo, diseñó el logo de la franela de nuestro equipo. Igualmente tuvimos un ganador en el concurso para elegir la mascota y el eslogan de este evento, quedando seleccionado el diseño de @Cre47iv3 el eslogan dice, "Potencia Creativa" En la siguiente imagen pueden observar, parte de lo correspondiente a la logística gestionada por el equipo.
Y en la mesa de recepción colocamos la mascota que quedó en segundo lugar, una linda abejita tejida a crochet por @littlesorceress. Como se observa, tratamos de hacer todo de manera impecable. Hasta en horas de la noche estuvimos en diligencias, visitando el local seleccionado. Como podrán ver, estamos cerca del emblemático Obelisco de Buenos Aires.
En la siguiente imagen se puede ver cómo fue el protocolo. A la entrada, tanto los hivers como los acompañantes recibieron una tarjeta de identificación. Se registraron a su llegada, luego se les entregó una bolsa ecológica con un bolígrafo grabado "Colmena Argentina 01/10/2022", un cuaderno también identificado con un hermoso diseño, un sticker con el logo, y el programa a desarrollar. Fueron acompañados a sus asientos, y cuando la sala se llenó, comenzamos la actividad principal (42 personas entre hiver, acompañantes y el equipo organizador) Los invito a visitar las publicaciones de mis colegas y de todos los que asistieron. Deseo brindar mi agradecimiento a quienes gustosamente activaron sus talentos ante la convocatoria del equipo, para participar en dos concursos , promovidos por @eceny a través de @Melinda010100 Asimismo, se entregó un aporte en Hive, proporcionado por el equipo organizador. Quienes planificamos estos tres eventos, habíamos imaginado que asistirían unos cuántos hivers, pero... ¡Señores!, esto quedará para la posteridad en la colmena. Se movilizaron nuestros amigos, y sus acompañantes, desde varias Provincias, tomando en cuenta que Argentina es el segundo pais más grande de América Latina, después de Brasil.
La motivación fue tal, que algunos asistentes manifestaron que tenían mucho tiempo sin visitar la capital. Unos viajaron en tren, otros en sus propios autos, otros en Bus cama, y los que viven más cerca del centro, usaron un colectivo o Taxi. Ha sido un fenómeno apoteósico.

@belug, cuyo tema,"Posicionamiento y pertenencia del usuario en la blockchain" Y excelente exposición, llegó de tal manera al público presente, que mientras ella hablaba con esa voz tan dulce, la sala estaba en total silencio. Se escucharon sus consejos y muchos tomaron sus notas con atención, para llevar a casa lo aprendido. Todos quedaron encantados con sus consejos para crear contenidos y el uso de otras herramientas a través de tips muy valiosos. ¡Felicitaciones amiga, se nota preparación en tu soltura y derroche de terminologías!
@hosgug, responsable y dado a colaborar con este evento, destila sapiencia en el tema "Votos y Recompensas" Expuso desde su propia experiencia. Además la manera magistral de sus respuestas, durante el ciclo de preguntas le hizo merecedor de aplausos Se destacó por su sencillez y profesionalismo al exponer cada tópico. ¡Excelente ponencia amigo pescador!
@pablo1601, quien aparte de ser uno de los ponentes, con gran domínio y competencia plena en un tema tan interesante como "Las diferencias entre la web3.0, con la web2.0 y las ventajas", se ocupó de acompañarnos en el trabajo de equipo a mitad del camino. Fue uno de los brazos ejecutores en lo que restaba por hacer, en este fuerte pero grandioso y satisfactorio #HivemeetupArgentina. ¡Gracias, amigo , por tu buena disposición!
@Jlufer, asistió acompañado de su esposa y mano derecha en cuanto al trabajo en #hive se refiere. Su tema, "La blockchain antes y después, experiencias aprendidas" Mantuvo la atención de los invitados, pues las experiencias son elemento fundamental dentro de la colmena. Los presentes se mostraron muy interesados en el tema en cuestión. Demostró todo cuanto se puede lograr estando dentro de una plataforma como #Hive, descentralizada y donde se predica y respira libertad para publicar pero sin faltar a las normas de educación y respeto. ¡Nos veremos cazando Sombras amigo!
@Fermionico Expositor virtual, desde mi país Venezuela, es un #hiver comprometido, de indiscutible trayectoria y experiencia. Nos brindó desde el inicio su apoyo para contribuir con este #HivemeetupArgentina. Su tema, "Gestión de Comunidades" un tópico que forma parte esencial en el desenvolvimiento de todo miembro de #Hive. Él manifestó, no exponer con algún guion establecido, sino a través de su propia experiencia, asimismo, surgieron otros temas cuyo efecto resultó sorprendente, pues conquistó a quienes asistieron como posibles nuevos ingresos, para afianzar sus deseos de registrarse y pertenecer a la plataforma. Un saludo especial y las gracias por haber enviado a su hijo en representación de la familia.
@eddiespino, experto en varios tópicos y actualizaciones en la blockchain , quien con gusto nos apoyó desde México. Explicó de manera clara, y concisa la importancia del SPK NETWORK Y BITCOIN LIGTHNING NETWORK. Como un protocolo resistente a la cesura y descentralizado. Es incentivo para los cradores de contenido en redes sociales, para la web3 y que a su vez recompensa con tokens. Es un tema que produjo interrogantes y emoción en el público asistente, por lo interesante, despertando la inquietud por aprender acerca de su implementación y beneficios. Animó a los presentes a hurgar más en ello y no estancarse, a sabiendas de que existen muchas posibilidades de avanzar en todo lo que nos ofrece la plataforma. ¡Saludos eddie, que viva México!
@ilazramusic, llegó para cerrar el gran evento con su importante tema acerca de 3 Speak y Espavlog, invitándonos a marcar la diferencia y avanzar aprovechando las nuevas tecnologías para en cuanto a la comunidad Espavlog donde invita a publicar contenidos. Él es administrador de la misma. Además, con la alegría y emotividad que lo caracteriza, cerró su ponencia con un mensaje muy claro a los hivers argentinos. Felicitó a los organizadores y afirmó que probablemente estará acompañándolos en el #HivemeetupArgentina2023. Mensaje que le retribuyeron con un fuerte aplauso. ¡Gracias sobrino, por venir y a compañarnos!
Siete cátedras exponiendo sus temas, a quienes agradezco su disposición a la hora de aceptar nuestra invitación para dar a nuestro evento el realce correspondiente, como oradores.
El ciclo de preguntas estuvo muy activo, quedando algunas para la hora de cierre, pues el tiempo estaba avanzando y teníamos que terminar a las seis pm.
Según la opinión de algunos hivers, faltó tiempo para compartir más entre ellos y conocerse mejor. Pero en el equipo coincidimos en que de ahora en adelante, seguramente se vendrán otros encuentros y en otras provincias. Así que allí les dejamos esa gran idea.
A todos los #hiver, amigos que con su experiencia me asesoraron en cuanto a lo que se debía tratar o incluir en un #Hivemeetup, inclusive para poder captar a los hivers argentinos que no conocía, así como a contactar a quienes ejercerían el rol de ponentes, debido a su experiencia y competencias en cada tema que se expuso. Hubo quienes me hubiese gustado formaran parte del evento, pero nos quedamos cortos con el tiempo.
Tendríamos que organizar uno que dure tres días, tipo #HiveFestArgentina, para que podamos cubrirlo todo. Asimismo, recibimos asesoría de quienes han tenido sus hermosas experiencias en los #hivemeetup de Venezuela, no los mencionaré porque podría pecar de olvidadiza. Realmente me siento en deuda con todos.
Para concluir, se efectuó un sorteo a través de una app, para hacer honor, modestamente, a nuestros visitantes pertenecientes a la plataforma. También agradezco la colaboración de @opyavi, quien aportó sus conocimientos en el momento de lanzar el sorteo y en otros donde fue requerido.
Asimismo se dieron unos minutos de receso para merendar unos deliciosos tequeños, con salsa de ajo, unas facturas, medialunas, etc. Hubo un exquisito café que por cierto nunca había probado en la presentación de sobres como si fueran té.
Ahora me permitiré saludar muy deferentemente a todos los hivers que nos acompañaron tanto en Puerto Madero como en la ciudad capital. A quienes no pudieron asistir @cleybas. @stow01, @cwaguitar, @Carlagonz, pero lograron conectarse, gracias a nuestra compañera de equipo, @janettyanez, quien facilitó su usuario a través de Instagram, asimismo, se encargó de ser la moderadora del evento, actividad excelentemente realizada, derrochando profesionalismo.Si se me escapó algun nombre, por favor me lo recuerdan en los comentarios.
La foto anterior, fue tomada en el encuentro de Puerto Madero. Estaba conociendo a mi hoy amigo, Marcelo. @palabras1. ¿Cuál fue el motivo de subir una foto fuera del evento? Pues, que nuestro periodista estrella, andaba tras las noticias ... Solo lo pude ver, degustando los tequeños que como parte del coffe break, ofrecimos a los invitados. Al parecer gustan mucho. Las siguientes fotos son una recopilación con algunos de los hivers presente. Entre ellos a @luisacarola quien tenía la sonrisa más linda de la tarde, ella manifestó estar muy satisfecha por el evento. Asimismo a un nuevo amigo,@sponge-bob, que me impresionó con su medio para transportarse. Hay que estar en forma o practicar muchísimo para mantener el equilibrio en un monociclo como ese. Y un hiver que me llamó la atención por su "discreta" barba, @flemination les digo que no pude evitar la tentación de preguntarle, acerca de la misma... Aprendí por su respuesta, que su barba le sirve de relajación y para concentrarse.
Mis respetos amigos argentinos , mexicanos y venezolanos. Sé que vendrán cosas innovadoras a partir de este 1º de octubre. Quedo a la espera de esas ideas vagas causantes de grandes proyectos.
Estaré a la orden desde mi experiencia, para orientarles y darles mi apoyo irrestricto hasta el final. Me encontrarán en #hive, donde todos nos hemos convertido en familia.

The important thing is to keep an open attitude to new learning, to the application and use of resources such as those offered by Web 3, to consolidate projects, execute changes, use cryptocurrencies and enter the metaverse, as one of the most important advances of today, because it involves the activation of a huge digital economy. This is intangible, but effective. As the best example, there are the already existing virtual video games. Even when you create your wallet and access through a private key, it shows that you already have a digital identity, therefore, you can easily access the metaverse and its benefits.
Currently and within the ecosystem, a series of meetings are being generated, promoted and supported by already consolidated projects. This is the case of our recognized and famous #HivemeetupArgentina, where we receive the unrestricted support of #Hivecreators, and @ecency-official through our friend @melinda010100, the direct collaboration of @guiltyparties, @enrique89, and friends @Tarot911, and @ramonfragozar. To all of them I express my sincere thanks.
How could we forget that day, we did not know each other personally, but we had shared beautiful moments through programs on Discord, contests, initiatives and comments, which should never be missing in our publications of the hive, because that is what it is all about. They are: @Janettyanez, @lauramica and @amandaj.
From day zero, we met in one of the many emblematic shopping malls in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, to share an afternoon, get to know each other and agree on the beginning of a realizable dream. That's where it all began...
We took pencil and paper, in the best style of those who want nothing to be forgotten. Between laughter and brainstorming, we began to plan the great #HivemeetupArgentina. We were so excited that we immediately got down to work. There was no lack of jokes, sharing mutual experiences, anecdotes and stories. The excitement was such that not even a cup of coffee diverted us from our purpose, and the moment deserved it! Of course, we were able to specify the actions to follow.
So from that Saturday, August 13, 2022, the first impulse to carry out an event of international magnitude was born. Therefore, everyone took with them, a responsibility, to achieve a second meeting between the #hivers who could come to the capital. This was the first emblematic logo to identify #HivemeetupBuenos Aires.
Immediately, our friend and teammate, @DimasCastillo, mobilized to locate an ideal place in Puerto Madero, a place worthy of a meeting like this. We all got active so that this second meeting, #HivemeetupBuenosAires, could take place. Finally, for reasons of convenience, the meeting place would be a Starbucks.
About this very different day, which would definitely be the second meeting of hivers in Buenos Aires, all attendees made their respective publications about what happened there. For this reason, I will not dwell on the details. If you want to know or remember what happened that day, you can visit my explanatory post.
By the way, that beautiful and cool afternoon in Puerto Madero, the decision was made together with the attendees, the date and other details, which would consolidate the success of the now culminated, #HivemeetupArgentina.
From then on, there was no rest for any of the members of the organizing team. Each one played their role in the search for the budget to cover the event according to what had already been planned, and we looked for prices for rooms, t-shirts, gifts, decorations, banners, gifts, etc.
Finally, we were able to receive this economic contribution, after talking several times with our friend @enrique89, until late at night due to power failures and lack of internet service, caused by the stormy rains in Venezuela. The first thing that was secured was the great hall, as we found it to be the best. In fact, it is well located and our guests were able to arrive comfortably and on time.
We also had a banner made, which identifies and contextualizes our #hive in a single paragraph. It is the official model of #hivecreators, as it has traveled to many corners of Venezuela and Spanish-speaking countries.
Likewise, everything related to refreshments, awards, decorations, gifts, ID cards, badges, etc. It was hard work, but when things are done with enthusiasm and responsibility, nothing stops it, and this was one of the teams that, from day zero, assumed the reins of the commitment acquired.
It is worth mentioning that our teammate, @Dimascastillo, designed the logo of our flannel. Also the winner of the design of our mascot was @Cre47iv3 and the slogan says, "Creative Power" In the following image you can see part of the logistics managed by the team.
And on the reception table we placed the second place mascot, a cute little bee crocheted by @littlesorceress. As you can see, we tried to do everything impeccably. Even in the evening hours we were on errands, visiting the selected location. As you can see, we are close to the emblematic Obelisk of Buenos Aires.
In the following image you can see how the protocol was At the entrance, both hivers and accompanying persons received an identification card. They were registered upon arrival, then they were given an ecological bag with a pen engraved "Colmena Argentina 01/10/2022", a notebook also identified with a beautiful design, a sticker with the logo, and the program to be developed. Those of us who planned these three events had imagined that a few hivers would attend, but.... Gentlemen, this will remain for posterity in the hive. Our friends and their companions mobilized from several provinces, taking into account that Argentina is the second largest country in Latin America, after Brazil.
The motivation was such that some attendees said they had not visited the capital for a long time. Some traveled by train, others in their own cars, others by sleeper bus, and those who live closer to the center used a bus or cab. It has been a tremendous phenomenon.

Her advice was listened to and many took her notes carefully, to take home what they learned. @Hoshung, responsible and dedicated to collaborate with this event, distilled sapience in the topic "Vows and Rewards" He exposed from his own experience. In addition, the masterful way of his answers, during the cycle of questions made him deserving of applause. He stood out for his simplicity and professionalism in exposing each topic. Excellent presentation, fisherman friend!
Pablo1601, who apart from being one of the speakers, with great mastery and full competence in a topic as interesting as "The differences between web3.0, with web2.0 and the advantages", took care of accompanying us in the teamwork halfway. He was one of the executing arms in what remained to be done, in this strong but great and satisfying #HivemeetupArgentina. Thank you, friend, for your good disposition!
@Jlufer, attended accompanied by his wife and right hand in terms of #hive work. His topic, "The blockchain before and after, experiences learned" Kept the attention of the guests, as experiences are a fundamental element within the hive. Those present were very interested in the topic at hand. He demonstrated how much can be achieved being inside a platform like #Hive, decentralized and where freedom to publish is preached and breathed but without breaking the rules of education and respect. @Fermionico Virtual exhibitor, from my country Venezuela, is a committed #hiver, of indisputable trajectory and experience. He gave us from the beginning his support to contribute to this #HivemeetupArgentina. His theme, "Community Management" is a topic that is an essential part in the development of every member of #Hive. He manifested, not expose with some established script, but through his own experience, likewise, other topics emerged whose effect was surprising, as it conquered those who attended as potential new revenue, to strengthen their desire to register and belong to the platform. A special greeting and thanks for sending your son on behalf of the family.
@eddiespino, expert in various topics and updates in the blockchain, who gladly supported us from Mexico. He explained in a clear, and concise way the importance of the SPK NETWORK AND BITCOIN LIGTHNING NETWORK. As a caesura-resistant and decentralized protocol. Seven chairs presenting their topics, whom I thank for their willingness to accept our invitation to give our event the corresponding enhancement, as speakers.
The cycle of questions was very active, with some remaining for the closing time, as time was running out and we had to finish at six pm.
According to the opinion of some hivers, there was not enough time to share more among them and get to know each other better. But in the team we agree that from now on, surely there will be other meetings in other provinces. So we leave you with this great idea.
To all the #hivers, friends who with their experience advised me as to what should be discussed or included in a #Hivemeetup, even to be able to capture the Argentine hivers I did not know, as well as to contact those who would exercise the role of speakers, due to their experience and expertise in each topic that was exposed. To conclude, a sweepstakes was carried out through an app, to honor, modestly, our visitors belonging to the platform. I am also grateful for the collaboration of @opyavi, who contributed his knowledge at the time of launching the sweepstakes and in others where it was required.
They also took a few minutes break to snack on some delicious tequeños, with garlic sauce, some facturas, croissants, etc. There was an exquisite coffee that by the way I had never tasted in the presentation of envelopes as if they were tea.

The above photo was taken at the Puerto Madero meeting. I was meeting my now friend Marcelo @palabras1. What was the reason for uploading a photo outside the event? Well, our star journalist, was after the news ... I could only see him tasting the tequeños that, as part of the coffee break, we offered to the guests. Apparently they like them very much. The following photos are a compilation with some of the hivers present. Among them @luisacarola who had the most beautiful smile of the afternoon, she said she was very satisfied with the event. Also a new friend, @sponge-bob, who impressed me with his means of transportation. You have to be in shape or practice a lot to keep your balance on a unicycle like that. And a hiver who caught my attention because of his "discreet" beard, @flemination, I tell you I couldn't help but be tempted to ask him, about it? I learned, from his answer, that his beard serves him for relaxation and concentration.
MI respect my Argentinean, Mexican and Venezuelan friends. I know that innovative things will come from this October 1st. I am waiting for those vague ideas that will cause great projects.
