Si hay algo que disfruto en demasía, además de estar muchas horas dedicándome al ecosistema de Hive, es subirme a la bicicleta y dejar que me lleve por esos rincones donde los asfaltos todavía no pisan fuerte. Esta vez y casi de casualidad, llegué a un lugar muy cerca de casa, pero qué desconocía. Me encontré con una construcción y por lo que se ve, será un futuro restaurante. De esos que normalmente encontramos a orillas de las grandes rutas de nuestros países. Todavía está todo en obra, el quincho a medio hacer, la parrilla esperando, el primer asado, los espacios aun sin terminar. Pero hay algo en el aire que te dice acá hay un sueño en marcha. Y eso me hizo pensar.

[English]If there's one thing I enjoy more than spending hours dedicated to the Hive ecosystem, it's getting on my bike and letting it take me to those corners where asphalt hasn't yet made its mark. This time, almost by chance, I arrived at a place very close to home, but one I didn't know about. I came across a building that, from what I could see, will be a future restaurant. One of those that we usually find on the outskirts of our countries' major highways. Everything is still under construction, the barbecue area is half-finished, the grill is waiting for the first barbecue, and the spaces are still unfinished. But there is something in the air that tells you that a dream is in the making here. And that got me thinking.
Sí señores, me hizo pensar en nuestro ecosistema de Hive. Porque Hive, aunque tenga más de 4 años, también es un proyecto en construcción, o por lo menos así lo veo yo. Y como todo lo que está arrancando, a veces no se ve todo lo que puede llegar a ser. Es como ese restaurante que todavía no huele a carne asada, pero ya tiene el fuego en su interior.
! [English] Yes, folks, it made me think about our Hive ecosystem. Because Hive, even though it's been around for more than four years, is also a work in progress, or at least that's how I see it. And like anything that's just getting started, sometimes you can't see everything it could become. It's like that restaurant that doesn't smell like roast beef yet, but already has the fire burning inside.

Usamos diferentes Dapps, exploramos herramientas nuevas y lo hacemos con la convicción de que este mundo, el de la web 3, vino para quedarse.
! [English] In the Hive ecosystem, we coexist with content creators everywhere, developers, NFT artists, gamers, and many others that I am probably unaware of. And we are all betting on something bigger. We use different Dapps, explore new tools, and do so with the conviction that this world, the world of Web 3, is here to stay.
Obviamente, nuestra moneda no escapa a las realidades de las criptomonedas y en ocasiones nuestra moneda no se encuentra en su mejor momento. Aunque en estos últimos días pegó un repunte, uniéndose a las subidas del bitcoin, pero siento que eso no nos define. Porque cuando uno mira un proyecto que recién empieza, tiene que verlo con visión a largo plazo.
! [English] Obviously, our currency is not immune to the realities of cryptocurrencies, and sometimes our currency is not at its best. Although it has rebounded in recent days, joining the rise of bitcoin, I feel that this does not define us. Because when you look at a project that is just starting out, you have to look at it with a long-term vision.
Mientras caminaba por el lugar, veía que todo estaba haciéndose y que si bien falta muchas cosas, se percibía un aire a futuro próspero. Espero en los próximos meses pasar nuevamente y ver como va evolucionando este proyecto gastronómico. En Hive también se percibe muchos acontecimientos que suceden casi cotidianamente, pero todavía falta para que florezca y cosechemos los primeros frutos.
! [English] As I walked around the place, I saw that everything was coming together and that, although there is still a lot to be done, there was a sense of a prosperous future ahead. I hope to visit again in the coming months and see how the gastronomic project is evolving. At Hive, there are also many events happening almost daily, but there is still a long way to go before it flourishes and we reap the first fruits.
En el ciclismo existe una frase muy típica que normalmente lo utilizamos y tiene que ver con hacernos amigos del viento. Los vientos en contra existen y en lugar de enfrentarlos, debemos buscar la forma de hacernos amigos y avanzar juntos. Si trabajamos en comunidad, si compartimos ideas, si nos apoyamos, estoy segurísimo de que vamos a llegar muy lejos. No significa estar de acuerdo en todo, sino limar las asperezas y proyectar a largo plazo.
! [English] In cycling, there is a very common phrase that we often use, which has to do with becoming friends with the wind. Headwinds exist, and instead of fighting them, we must find a way to befriend them and move forward together. If we work as a community, if we share ideas, if we support each other, I am absolutely certain that we will go very far. It doesn't mean agreeing on everything, but rather smoothing out the rough edges and planning for the long term.
A veces el sueño ya empezó, solo que está en obra. Como las capturas del restaurante que me llevó a esta reflexión. Los grises son parte de los escenarios y no nos deben entorpecer nuestra vista. Tener la convicción de que algo sucederá en el futuro y sentirlo ardientemente. En ocasiones siento que muchos defienden sus intereses, por encima de los de Hive y ahí radica un gran error. Ceder un poco, en pos de la prosperidad de la sociedad comunitaria, creo es de valientes y de inteligentes.
! [English] Sometimes the dream has already begun, but it's still a work in progress. Like the photos from the restaurant that led me to this reflection. The grays are part of the scenery and should not obstruct our view. Have the conviction that something will happen in the future and feel it ardently. Sometimes I feel that many defend their interests above those of Hive, and therein lies a great mistake. Giving in a little, in pursuit of the prosperity of the community, I believe is brave and intelligent.
