Personalized Notification System / My proposal (Eng/Esp)

When it comes to social networks and news, people want to stay connected to what is most relevant to their interests. With that being the case, a proposal for a Personalized Notification System comes to mind, a project focused on providing each user with alerts about the most valuable activities within Hive at a general level and according to the communities they frequent.

Cuando se trata de redes sociales y de noticias, las personas quieren permanecer conectadas con aquello que resulte más relevante para sus intereses. Siendo así, se me ocurre una propuesta de un Sistema de Notificaciones Personalizadas, proyecto enfocado en ofrecer a cada usuario avisos sobre las actividades de mayor valor dentro de Hive a nivel general y según las comunidades que frecuenta.

As with meaningful learning, the objective of this system is to personalize the information, so that the user fully identifies with the niches and topics he/she is following, which will surely accentuate his/her commitment to the platform.

As with the experience in the various web browsers, each user will be allowed to access an Advanced Customization, where they will be able to configure their preferences, selecting how, when and how they want to receive notifications, including giving priority to everything related to certain activities or events of great relevance in the ecosystem.

Tal como se plantea con el aprendizaje significativo, el objetivo de este sistema es personalizar la información, para que el usuario se identifique a plenitud con sus nichos y temas que está siguiendo, lo que seguramente acentuará su compromiso con la plataforma.

Tal como ocurre con la experiencia en los diversos navegadores web, se permitirá a cada usuario acceder a una Personalización Avanzada, allí se podrá configurar sus preferencias, seleccionando cómo, cuándo y de qué modo desea recibir las notificaciones, incluyendo conceder prioridad a todo aquello relacionado con ciertas actividades o eventos de gran relevancia en el ecosistema.

Por supuesto que esta iniciativa estaría sustentada en los algoritmos de aprendizaje automático y la Inteligencia Artificial, ya que se optimizará un método que analiza el comportamiento, interacciones y gustos del usuario cuando está navegando en la blockchain.

Una vez que el proyecto inicie, las notificaciones deberían estar disponibles en diversos canales, siendo las primeras opciones los mensajes push en los dispositivos móviles y también las alertas mientras el usuario permanezca en la plataforma.

En este punto se aclara que no se persigue una aplicación invasiva que interrumpa o desvíe la atención puesto que acá los usuarios tendrán el control de lo que quieren recibir, es decir, la potestad de pausar, silenciar o activar las notificaciones.

Por otra parte, el programa tendrá la capacidad de conceder prioridad a la primicia que considere urgente para su destinatario, esta alerta tendrá un nivel restrictivo, por tal razón, se va a sugerir que no desactive este tipo de comunicados.

Por lógica, al implementar una aplicación se debe contar con un departamento técnico conformado por programadores, desarrolladores y diseñadores que demuestren la capacidad de concebir un producto de comprobada calidad.

En la actualidad tener acceso a la información resulta muy importante y como el principal medio de comunicación ha pasado a ser internet, se debe aprovechar todo el potencial que nos ofrece esta conexión al mundo, incluyendo la creación de contenidos para páginas y redes sociales o hasta ser partícipes de los acontecimientos que son publicados.

Pero se debe tomar conciencia de que al poner en marcha una aplicación que mantenga a usuarios informados de manera eficiente, también hay que construir un entorno en el cual se sienta cómodo y seguro, donde distinga que sus intereses y necesidades son valoradas, por tal motivo, lo propuesto debe alejarse del ruido, la publicidad invasiva, las noticias falsas y el contenido que no le resulte significativo, solamente así lograremos nuestro objetivo y este compromiso con los consumidores valdrá la pena.
