We may be quiet in Margarita, but that does not mean that we are not working, in fact we have a few months active with the onboarding and the work is paying off, as we have a total of nine new accounts opened, of which seven are already active and publishing regularly on the platform (@flordepiscis, @ulisesjavier22, @danielaserena, @luisrosas, @rosslenisanc, @soyros and @emilypino) and two (the most recent ones) are working on their introductory posts.
Perhaps, for many it may seem little, but for us (@sugarelys and myself), it is quite an achievement, especially because the work is basically being done online, and it is a day to day accompaniment, because we not only start them in the basics, but we review their introductions before being published, we also do this work for about a month with each of their publications to ensure that they are working accordingly and learn to navigate in the ecosystem without help, something that many of us did not have.
In my particular case, I started alone, I had to learn the hard way, study, read and attend all the classes I could, and I'm still learning, and although to be honest, I would have loved to enter the platform with prior knowledge of how everything worked, and of course with some help, knowing that every little thing I've been able to do has been by my own means is great, But I also know how hard it has been, and that's why we try to help as much as we can to make the path of the new arrivals in Isla Margarita a little easier, to guide, help and accompany them, until they are able to manage on their own, although obviously we will always be there to clarify any doubts.
So far, we have not created the Hive Margarita community account, but it is in process, because
before that we wanted to work on the onboarding, because what good would a community without members, so the initial phase of our project for the island continues to advance.
The first step was to gather the Hivers of the island, those who were already living on the platform and wanted to join the project, and then start working on attracting new users, which would be the phase in which we are right now, and best of all is that we have the blessing to do this work, with the OCD onboarding project, which will help us a lot to grow on the island and move the community forward.
As you can see, we are working, step by step, and quietly, but do not worry, little by little we will update you on what we are doing to make our blockchain known on the island and of course consolidate the Hive Margarita project.
Puede que en Margarita estemos callados, pero eso no quiere decir que no estemos trabajando, de hecho tenemos unos meses activos con el onboarding y el trabajo está rindiendo sus frutos, pues tenemos un total de nueve nuevas cuentas aperturadas, de las cuales siete ya están activas y publicando de manera regular en la plataforma (@flordepiscis, @ulisesjavier22, @danielaserena, @luisrosas, @rosslenisanc, @soyros y @emilypino) y dos (los más recientes) se encuentran trabajando en sus posts introductorios.
Quizá, para muchos pueda parecer poco, pero para nosotras (@sugarelys y mi persona), es todo un logro, sobre todo porque el trabajo se está realizando básicamente vía online, y es un acompañamiento de día a día, pues no solo los iniciamos en lo básico, sino que revisamos sus introducciones antes de ser publicadas, además hacemos este trabajo durante aproximadamente un mes con cada una de sus publicaciones para garantizar que estén trabajando como corresponde y que aprendan a desenvolverse en el ecosistema sin ayuda, cosa que muchos de nosotros no tuvimos.
En mi caso particular, inicié sola, me tocó aprender a los golpes, estudiar, leer y asistir a todas las clases que pude, y aún sigo aprendiendo, y aunque para ser sincera, me hubiese encantado entrar a la plataforma con un conocimiento previo de cómo funcionaba todo, y por supuesto con algo de ayuda, saber que cada cosita que he podido hacer ha sido por mis propios medios es genial, pero también sé lo duro que ha sido, y es por eso que tratamos de ayudar en lo que podemos a que el camino de los nuevos ingresos en Isla Margarita sea un poco más sencillo, orientar, ayudar y acompañar, hasta que sean capaces de desenvolverse solos, aunque obviamente siempre estaremos para aclarar cualquier duda.
Hasta los momentos, no hemos creado la cuenta de la comunidad de Hive Margarita, pero está en proceso, ya que previo a ello queríamos trabajar en el onboarding, porque de qué serviría una comunidad sin miembros, así que la fase inicial de nuestro proyecto para la isla sigue avanzando.
El primer paso era lograr reunir a los Hivers de la isla, a los que ya estaban haciendo vida en la plataforma y se quisieron unir al proyecto, para luego comenzar a trabajar captando nuevos usuarios, que sería la fase en la que estamos justo ahora, y lo mejor de todo es que contamos con la bendición para realizar este trabajo, con el proyecto de onboarding de OCD lo que nos va a ayudar muchísimo a crecer en la isla y sacar adelante a la comunidad.
Como ven, estamos trabajando, pasito a pasito, y calladitos, pero no se preocupen, poco a poco los iremos poniendo al tanto de lo que vamos haciendo para dar a conocer nuestra blockchain en la isla y por supuesto consolidar el proyecto de Hive Margarita.
