Today I am with you again to show you my art, I love every week to go through this wonderful world of magic, color, and lots of Splinterlands characters to look for new elements or characters to build different crafts such as jewelry, accessories, 3D figures and other things that motivate me, inspire me and activate my creativity and thus be able to create for you.
Today I bring you a new piece of art. I wanted to make a decorative pendant inspired by elements from the card Pelacor Mercenary using the quilling technique.

Hola a mis queridos Hivers y a la querida comunidad de artistas #Jewelry, como siempre muy complacida y emocionada de encontrarme por acá nuevamente, mostrándole mi trabajo hecho con mucho amor y especialmente para ustedes.
Un saludo para la comunidad de Splinterlands, y todos los que hacen vida por allí, estoy por acá para unirme al Splinterlands Art Contest.
Hoy estoy con ustedes nuevamente para mostrarles mi arte, me encanta semana a semana pasar por ese maravilloso mundo de magia, color, y muchísimos personajes de Splinterlands para buscar nuevos elementos o personajes para construir diversas manualidades bien sean bisutería, accesorios, figuras en 3D entre otras cosas que me motiven, inspiren y activen mi creatividad y de esa manera poder crear para ustedes.
Para hoy les traigo un nuevo trabajo de arte, quise realizar un colgante decorativo inspirado en elementos de la carta, Pelacor Mercenary en la técnica de quilling.

• Cintas para quilling.
• Cartulina blanca.
• Guillotina para cortar papel.
• Pintura metalizada color perlada.
• Argollas de bisutería.
• Perlas blancas.
• Cristales de bisutería.
• Cadena de bisutería.
• Trancadero pico de loro.
• Pega blanca extra fuerte (de carpintería).
• Tijera.
• Pincel.
• Alicate.
• Quilling strips.
• White cardstock.
• Paper cutter.
• Pearl metallic paint.
• Jewelry rings.
• White pearls.
• Jewelry crystals.
• Jewelry chain.
• Parrot beak clasp.
• Extra strong white glue (carpentry glue).
• Scissors.
• Paintbrush.
• Pliers.
To make this work I started by cutting quilling ribbons of the sizes I needed, from a white cardboard with a guillotine to cut paper.
- I made a sketch with a pencil of the figure I wanted to make, in this case wings.
- With the 3mm wide white ribbon I made with the quilling needle, 4 open circles, rolling all the ribbon with the needle, when I reached the end of it I took out, released a little and sealed with extra strong white glue.
- I continued molding my circles according to the sketch I made, giving shape to the wings, after having them all ready I joined them together and glued them all with extra strong white glue.
Para realizar este trabajo comencé cortando cintas para quilling de las medidas que necesitaba, de una cartulina de color blanca con una guillotina para cortar papel.
• Realicé un boceto con un lápiz de la figura que deseaba sacar, en este caso unas alas.
• Con la cinta de color blanca de 3mm de ancho realicé con la aguja para quilling, 4 círculos abiertos, enrollando toda la cinta con la aguja, al llegar al final de la misma saqué, solté un poco y selle con pega blanca extra fuerte.
• Continúe moldeando mis círculos según el boceto que hice, dándole forma a las alas, luego de tenerlas todas listas las uni y las pegué todas con cola blanca extra fuerte.

- For the upper wings I continued making 4 more open circles a little smaller, these I also molded according to the sketch I had made, ready and molded, I joined them as I did with the previous ones. I glued this wing on top of the bigger one.
• Continúe realizando otro pequeño círculo abierto, el cual moldee para añadir una pequeña parte del ala de abajo que faltaba.
• Para las alas de arriba prosegui realizando 4 círculos más abiertos un poco más pequeños, estos también los moldee según el boceto que tenía hecho, lista y moldeadas, las uni tal como hice con las anteriores. Este ala la pegué arriba de la más grande.

- I applied a few coats of pearl colored metallic paint to the ready wing, letting it dry between coats.
- To decorate I placed some white pearls and costume jewelry crystals at various points of the wing.
- To finish I took a silver plated chain of costume jewelry, a ring and a parrot's beak locket, with which I made a pendant and attached it to the wing that I made to form my decorative pendant.
- In this way we have ready this decorative pendant that I made, inspired by the wings of the character of the letter "Pelacor Mercenary ".
• Apliqué al ala ya lista unas capas de pintura metalizada color perlada, dejando secar entre una capa y otra.
• Para decorar coloqué algunas perlas blancas y cristales de bisutería en varias puntos del ala.
• Para finalizar tomé cadena plateada de bisutería, una argolla y un trancadero pico de loro, con el cual realicé un colgante y enganche al ala que realicé para formar mi colgante decorativo.
• De esta manera tenemos listo este colgante decorativo que elabore, inspirado en las alas del personaje de la carta "Pelacor Mercenary".
