Hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes un sencillo proyecto que elaboré para participar en la Iniciativa propuesta por esta grandiosa comunidad Jewelry para sumarnos en apoyo a la concientización sobre como debemos de crear conciencia a cerca de tratar de prevenir esa terrible enfermedad como lo es el Cáncer de Mama.
Se dice que en la población femenina es la primera causa de muerte por cáncer, a pesar que en los hombres también se produce pero en un índice muy bajo.
La Organización Mundial de la Salud, con este fin, decretó el 19 de octubre como Día internacional de la lucha contra el Cáncer de Mama, para que de esta manera se pudiera sensibilizar más a la población femenina sobre los cuidados y prevención de tan grave enfermedad.
A pesar de que la OMS fijo una fecha para tal fin; octubre se considera como el mes Rosa y casi a diario se hacen eventos se dictan charlas y se realiza un arduo trabajo al respecto; nosotros mismos apoyamos realizando artesanías con mensajes alegóricos que distribuimos sin costo.
A una amiga que sobrevive a esta patología le realicé este detalle un dije en forma de corazón ❤️ con el lazo que ya es emblema; lo elaboré en alambre y abalorios color rosa. Sigan leyendo y vean como lo hice:

Today I come to share with you a simple project that I developed to participate in the Initiative proposed by this great Jewelry community to join in supporting the awareness about how we should create awareness about trying to prevent that terrible disease such as Breast Cancer.
It is said that in the female population it is the first cause of death by cancer, although in men it also occurs but at a very low rate.
The World Health Organization, for this purpose, decreed October 19 as the International Day of the fight against Breast Cancer, so that in this way the female population could be more aware of the care and prevention of such a serious disease.
Although the WHO set a date for this purpose; October is considered the Pink month and almost daily events are held, talks are given and hard work is done in this regard; We ourselves support by making crafts with allegorical messages that we distribute free of charge.
For a friend who survived this pathology, I made this detail: a heart-shaped pendant ❤️ with the bow that is already her emblem; I made it with wire and pink beads. Keep reading and see how I did it:
MATERIALES QUE USE EN LA ELABORACIÓN DE ESTE BONITO PROYECTO:
✓ Alambre de cobre de 24 pulgadas.

MATERIALS I USED IN THE PREPARATION OF THIS BEAUTIFUL PROJECT:
✓ 24-inch copper wire.
✓ 26-inch copper wire.
✓ Transparent pink seed beads.
✓ Fuchsia pink synthetic stones.
✓ White pearls.
✓ Copper wire.
✓ Round-tipped pliers.
✓ Flat pliers.
✓ Cutting pliers.
✓ Transparent pink ribbon with fuchsia

PASOS A SEGUIR EN LA ELABORACIÓN DE ESTE BONITO PROYECTO:
PRIMER PASO:
Vamos a comenzar este primer paso elaborando un pequeño lazo que usamos como emblema en esta lucha; para ello en un alambre de cobre calibre 26" inserto por una punta cuatro mostacillas color rosado transparente y la cruzo por la última para formar una flor, de esta manera realizo dieciséis, que es el largo deseado para mi lazo, como muestra la imagen.
STEPS TO FOLLOW IN THE PREPARATION OF THIS BEAUTIFUL PROJECT:
FIRST STEP:
We are going to begin this first step by making a small bow that we use as an emblem in this fight; for this, in a 26" gauge copper wire I insert four transparent pink beads at one end and cross it at the last to form a flower, in this way I make sixteen, which is the desired length for my bow, as shown in the image.
PASO DOS:
Aquí voy a doblar para hacer un círculo con doce flores y dejo cuatro que serán una de las puntas del lazo, coloco en cada punta del alambre una mostacilla y la cruzo con la mostacilla del lado donde voy a fijar el circulo y así queda como se ve en la imagen; realizó cuatro florecitas aparte y del otro lado hago un procedimiento parecido y ajustando corto los excedentes del alambre para formar el lazo.
STEP TWO:
Here I'm going to fold to make a circle with twelve flowers and I leave four that will be one of the ends of the bow. I place a bead on each end of the wire and cross it with the bead on the side where I'm going to fix the circle and it looks like you see in the image. I make four separate flowers and on the other side I do a similar procedure and cut the excess wire to form the bow.
PASO TRES:
Ahora formo un corazón rosa dónde voy a colocar el lazo, en un alambre calibre 24" inserto diez piedras rosadas fucsia con forma de rombo y diez perlas blancas alternadas en la última perla cruzo el alambre y me queda un círculo, aquí coloco tres perlas blancas más y hago una flor que doblo hacia abajo, sigo pasando los alambres por las perlas y las piedras fucsia hasta la perla blanca numero cinco que es la mitad del circulo , aqui hago otra flor y le doy vuelta para que se vea como en la imagen.
Paso el alambre por la perla que está hacia arriba y ayudada con un pequeño cono hago una argolla, remato y corto los excedentes del alambre, crean las imágenes.
STEP THREE:
Now I form a pink heart where I will place the bow, on a 24" gauge wire I insert ten pink fuchsia stones in the shape of a diamond and ten white pearls alternating in the last pearl I cross the wire and I have a circle, here I place three more white pearls and I make a flower that I bend downwards, I continue passing the wires through the pearls and the fuchsia stones until the white pearl number five which is half of the circle, here I make another flower and I turn it so that it looks like the image.
I pass the wire through the pearl that is facing up and with the help of a small cone I make a ring, I finish and cut the excess wire, creating the images.
PASO CUATRO:
Como pueden ver el paso anterior después de hacer la argolla, pierdo el alambre por las piedras y perlas de los lados y corto, ahora como se ve en la imagen coloco en la flor de la parte de arriba el lazo de forma que quede en el centro del corazón así..
STEP FOUR:
As you can see in the previous step after making the ring, I loosen the wire through the stones and pearls on the sides and cut it, now as you can see in the image I place the bow on the flower at the top so that it is in the center of the heart like this...
Artistas Creativos de las Manualidades y la Joyería, este es el resultado final de mi manualidad, mi amiga lo va a usar en forma de gargantilla por eso use una cinta rosada de lunares fucsia que ella misma escogió y a pesar de que no quiso fotografiarse completa porque va a esperar al 19 para lucirlo, uso su cuello y creo que se le ve muy bien.

Creative Artists of Crafts and Jewelry, this is the final result of my craft, my friend is going to wear it as a choker so I used a pink ribbon with fuchsia polka dots that she chose herself and even though she didn't want to take a full photo because she's going to wait until the 19th to wear it, she used her neck and I think it looks great on her.
