Hello everyone
Greetings to you all in this great community @diyhub and hive at large, I hope you all had a great day, it was a heavy downpour of rain today that makes the weather cold, I love how I feel as the rain lasted for hours, I couldn't go out so I decided to clear my kitchen, while doing that, I saw those plastic bag that was used, hanged on almost every coner of the kitchen so I thought of making a storage bag where they can all be neatly kept for reuse.
It's few hours to the end of the monthly contest #kitchendiy I think this will be my last entry for the contest, join me as I share with you the making of a reuse plastic bag storage I made for my kitchen using left over fabric
To make this, I measured and cut out 16 x 17" piece of fabric
I also measured and cut out 18 x 2" from another fabric which was folded to the middle on both sides and folded in two to pipe the edges of the 17"
One side was folded on the other and I sew 6" up and 6" down leaving an opening in the middle.
At the top, I pleated in both sides and the same process was repeated at the bottom as well
I cut out pieces from the other fabric to pipe the edges just as I did on both sides
My plastic bag storage needed to be hang on the wall for easy access for that, I cut out a small piece which was folded and sewn to the top. That was all and the final outcome of my reuse plastic bag storage.
This is the final outcome of my reuse plastic bag storage made for my kitchen with my plastic bags well kept in it for reuse.
This is so simple and easy to make as well as very useful in the kitchen as it helps to organize and makes the kitchen looks nice.
I hope you like the beautiful outcome.
