En esta temporada navideña resulta buena idea practicar el reciclaje de algunos artículos de Navidad que hemos usado muchas veces para nuestras decoraciones por ejemplo las viejas guirnaldas, las cintas decorativas que llevan tiempo acompañando nuestras navidades, este año es una buena idea darle un uso diferente para evitar tirarlas a la basura porque muchos de estos artículos pueden ser útiles para nuevos proyectos. Este año mi mamá quería lanzar a la basura unas guirnaldas y cintas que llevaba años usando, este año compro unas nuevas muy lindas por cierto, cuando supe la intención de ella de votar aquellas guirnaldas me vino a la mente una idea al verlas así que las lleve a casa y hoy les presento mi proyecto con estos viejos articulos.

☃️Christmas tree made with Guirnadas
⛄️Paso #1
Elige la parte de la guirnalda que vas a usar, aproximadamente 1 metro. Selecciona una pinza de hierro para dividir el metro de guirnalda en dos partes iguales. El uso de las pinzas de hierro facilita el corte de la guirnalda, porque el material usado en este diseño está elaborado en alambre.

Una vez cortadas las dos piezas de guirnalda cada una debe medir 50 centímetros.

Choose the part of the garland you are going to use, approximately 1 meter. Select an iron clamp to divide the meter of garland into two equal parts. The use of the iron clamps makes it easier to cut the garland, because the material used in this design is made of wire.

Con ayuda de la pinza de hierro y parte de algunas ramas une las dos piezas de la guirnalda. En esta parte es importante distribuir las ramas hacia una dirección que facilite el ensamble de nuestro arbolito. Sujeta bien cada parte de manera que nuestra estructura tendrá firmeza y forma de árbol.

El árbol de guirnalda ya está listo, es el momento de arreglar cada rama y agregar otras si es necesario para darle más volumen de ramas a nuestro árbol. Con este paso completamos nuestro árbol de guirnaldas recicladas.

Con ayuda de una regla y lápiz, dibuja un cuadrado en el pliegue de PVC, recorta el cuadrado con un cutter (medidas del cuadrado personalizadas). Este cuadrado servirá de base para nuestro arbolito. A este cuadro debes marcarle un punto con marcador exactamente en el centro del cuadro, que será el área seleccionada para colocar el arbolito una vez que esté forrado con tela azul.

The base will be covered with the fabric. This will be placed on the PVC square with the help of silicone to attach it to the PVC square, leaving the center of the square marked with marker without a part of the fabric as shown in the guide image.

Coloca la estructura del árbol en el centro del cuadrado. Para sujetar la estructura puedes usar silicona. Una vez lista nuestra base con el arbolito, llegó el momento de agregar una falda decorativa al arbolito o pie de árbol como se le llama en mi país. Esta pieza es muy común en las decoraciones. Para realizar, usa un retazo de tela roja unicolor. Dibuja en una hoja reciclada un círculo que será el patrón de la base, sujeta el patrón sobre la tela y recorta el círculo dejando una pequeña abertura en el centro que será la guía para colocar la falda decorativa en la base del arbolito .

Once our base with the tree is ready, it is time to add a decorative skirt to the tree or tree base as it is called in my country. This piece is very common in decorations. To make it, use a piece of red unicolor fabric. Draw on a recycled sheet a circle that will be the pattern of the base, hold the pattern on the fabric and cut out the circle leaving a small opening in the center that will be the guide to place the decorative skirt at the base of the tree.

La decoración de un árbol de Navidad es un momento especial donde nuestra creatividad y originalidad le dan un toque especial a nuestro árbol sin importar el tamaño o material del mismo. Para este pequeño árbol de Navidad, diseñé con restos de tela unas pequeñas artesanías navideñas, entre ellas un angelito para colocarlo en la Cima del árbol. Esta decoración navideña lleva lazos elaborados con restos de cintas doradas y tela roja. Una decoración sencilla y acorde para la ocasión.
Decorating a Christmas tree is a special moment where our creativity and originality give a special touch to our tree regardless of its size or material. For this small Christmas tree, I designed with fabric scraps some small Christmas crafts, including a little angel to place at the top of the tree. This Christmas decoration has bows made with leftover gold ribbons and red fabric. A simple and appropriate decoration for the occasion.
