Just a day has passed and we encounter another problem with our refrigerator but this time it is something about Defroze Timer

I have done my research again but this time I found my luck on Tiktok

The problem is the corrosion or burn or rust of whatever the people are calling it on the contacts.

I have cleaned it using sandpaper to clean the contacts, and after doing that I am amazed that it is now finally working fine. Thanks be to God. I am hoping there is no part 3 of this Refrigerator repair LOL
What is Defroze Timer?
Modern, state of the art refrigerators use solid state circuitry to control the defrost cycle, but entry level refrigerators as well as older refrigerators use a timer to control the defrost system. A defrost timer is nothing more than a motor-driven clock that opens and closes internal contacts that control the electric current flowing to the hermetically sealed compressor and to the defrost heating elements.
