In Malaysia we actually didn't use lock-down, but a nicer name: Movement Control Order a.k.a MCO
Despite the current MCO and CMCO (Conditional Movement Control Order), life in the kitchen is never idle.
We are rather still buzzing in the kitchen. Researching new recipes, trying out new recipes and fine tune it.
Moreover, check out our cool Oven Thermometer!
Now we can know whether the cooking temperature is correct; since we realised that our environment around the oven does reflect a little on how the temperature rise / fall in the oven inside.
We are still experimenting; but we definitely will update you when we have the perfect sweetness and texture nailed.
