Why do we need to recycle?
Recycling is important for a variety of reasons: it conserves natural resources by minimizing the requirement for waste materials, minimizes the quantity of garbage that ends up in landfills, saves energy since it consumes less energy than creating new things from scratch.
Hello! Hello! Hello! Dear Friends in Hive! What's up! I hope you're all doing great. In today's post, I will be sharing some pointers on how to keep your discarded masking tape turns into a beautiful penholder.
Do you have any empty masking tape that you intend to discard? If you have, grab it and let us transform it into a lovely penholder. In that way, you won't need to purchase a penholder to keep your pens in place.
Look around you and collect all the possible items you may use to embellish your craft. You can use any materials that are leftovers from your previous projects.
Materials:
Recyclable masking tape
stick well adhesive/glue
decorative cloth remnants
plastic blue folder or any available materials for covering
glittering baubles
seashells can be used as decorations
Procedure:
1.Prepare all the materials needed.
2.Start the design process by attaching 2 spools or a spool of empty masking tape using adhesives.
3.Using the blue folder or any plastic folder you can grab, form two circles the same as the size of the masking tape. The first circle will be used as the bottom.
4.Attach one circle to the Assembled empty spools. You can use glue or any adhesives to secure it.
5.Cover the spools with the cloth remnants to hide the empty making tape.
6.Carefully insert the cloth remnants to hide the inner surface of the assembled Spools.
7.To hide some unnecessary raw edges from inside. Cut a strip of blue folder and insert it. Use glue to fasten it.
8.Cover the bottom part with the remaining circle using adhesive.
9.To make it more attractive and presentable. Embellish it with glittering baubles.
10.This is how the pen holder looks like after attaching baubles. So, I decided to add this yellow thing (lol) to make it more attractive.
