For the past few days I have been regularly consuming tomato juice, but if only tomatoes are used as juice, it seems very strange to me, but then I got the idea to add some fruit and vegetables that I like to the tomato juice so that it can neutralize the taste of the tomato juice.
as a mixture of tomato juice, I mixed it with fruit that has a sweet taste, such as oranges and dragon fruit, and not only that, I also mixed carrots into this juice.
hmmm, will this tomato juice meet my expectations? yups, of course this is the result I want after I drink this tomato juice. It tastes very delicious because the combination of fruit and vegetables is just right and now this tomato juice will become my favorite juice.
Ingredients for making mixed tomato juice:
1 orange
1 kiosk
a little dragon fruit
1 tbsp white granulated sugar
how to make :
(1) The first step is to cut the tomatoes and then boil them briefly or steam them, but here I just soak them in hot water. The benefit is that if you heat the tomatoes, the lycopene in this fruit will work optimally. As we know, lycopene is an antioxidant and prevents free radicals.

(2) After that, cut the carrots then blend the carrots and then filter the water. Here I only use carrot juice, I throw away the pulp

and for the measurements of the ingredients above, here I made 1 400ml glass of mixed tomato juice, this is a very delicious mixture of juices, in my opinion it tastes sweet and very fresh when enjoyed cold.
